I stood in line with 3 people in it thinking me and my gf would get the drinks from Tim’s and I the food from Wendy’s . She severs the first 2 people then goes to prepare food for the Next 5 mins until my gf gets back and this is the second time I’ve stood in line and didn’t get my order taken but now that my gf a white women is her she can take the order

This service sucks ! Waited 15 mins inside just to order , I ended up going back to my car , thru thr drive thru and got my food within 4 mins ! Renovations are really nice , but these new people working suck. Sorry to say. Thank you

This is my regular location and I'm so disappointed with the food and the quality. On multiple occasions: I ordered fresh fries and waited, but they were cold, I ordered mustard on my burger, but there was none, and I've received the wrong drink. This has happened way too many times to count. It's not any better if you're ordering in-person or through a third-party delivery app. It's honestly quite disappointing when you're hungry, but the food you receive is cold and you got the wrong items. Service is okay, but it can be better.

The worst customer service I ever experienced and lack of staff training from morning shift manager to cook and cleaners.

Instead of doing their job they tell customers to check the bathroom before using it instead of cleaning it and doing hourly check up.

Do not order from here. I ordered a large frosty and a medium sprite instead I got a large sprite and an empty cup :) dont waste your money everytime I order from here something is missing.

This was on the Tim's side. First the cashier didn't understand English. I ordered the bacon B.E.L.T. which of course is bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato, what I got was burnt bacon with lettuce and tomato, no egg! Also the meal includes a hash brown, I never got it, when I asked why not, the girl behind the counter said they dont have hash browns. My coffee was cold! I suggest Tim's management check out this place, I noticed everyone checking there meals to make sure they got everything they ordered!!!

Very rude Tanisha employee bought 2 combos plus a sandwich
ask for bbq for each combo and she said only one that polivies changed i asked since when because i have been coming to this location for over 10 years and never had this kind of treatment she just closed the window in my face and didn't even give me and extra drink that I paid $3.05.
