Ordering in empty drive thru was asked to pull ahead of the window to wait for my food, as can be usual. After 20 minute I reverse back to the window to find out where I’m told I was told to drive around the drive thru AGAIN to collect my food. Been coming here for 20 years never been asked to drive back around, a staff member has always brought food to the car if you’re waiting. Given cold food and told nothing can be done. Regular lady on the window is A+. Worst experience I’ve EVER HAD at Wendy’s, not sure I’d return to this location. Ruined a staple for me today

Went for breakfast. 2 for $4 mix and match is good deal. However bacon egg biscuit was horrible. Biscuit crumbled, egg and bacon almost nonexistent. Sausage wrap ok. Best things were the potato wedges. Asked for a chocolate milk and got three. Said I ordered one but she wouldn't take extras back and adjust bill. I find the staff at this location do not listen to customer and almost everytime mess up my order. I asked four times at drive thru how much the order costed and she ignored me. Didn't post it on the board even though I asked. It wasn't until after I paid discovered mess up and then she won't adjust it. Very frustrating and bad customer service. Management needs to retrain their staff.
2 out of 3 of a young ladies at work behind the counter didn't care they looked at us and they just simply walked away the lady in front of me in line literally went to Tim Hortons instead because of the service. Then I ordered my egg with sausage on an English muffin and only 5 minutes later they came up to me and said oh we have no English muffin would.a biscuit do. By the time I got to the table my fries were cold .THEY REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR THERE SERVICE. If they're not going to care then why keep them why not give somebody that wants the job.

Would give zero if possible. ordered a small poutine and chili cheese nachos... poutine had NO gravy; 5 cheese curds on dry as fries. Chili cheese nachos had next to no chili and NO cheese. Burger was dripping with Mayo! Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. Will not return to this location. They clearly do not care what slop they are serving. I wouldn't feed a pig the sloppy ass food they just served. Never again!

Disgusting service whey they write down skip description dining is closed u have to use drive thru when i went through drive thru they just said we cant give order through drive thru please change ur business note or else deliver through drive through if you write it down on your note thanks.

I am not very fond of Wendy's and this was my first experience at this location but the staff were so friendly and the way they served the food was really impressive. I really appreciate their professionalism.
