Their frosty machine is malfunctioning, it produces melty frosty that looks like liquid milk. I told them way many times for the past year but they just smile and ignore my feedback, do nothing. This is the only Wendy's place that has this problem.

Was in the drive threw around 10:22pm our order was 2 spicy chicken sandwiches small fries a jr bacon cheese 6 piece nugget and we had our order by 10:23pm I asked them are you sure this has not been under the heating light I mean it's quiet quick it's never been thus quick they said yeah...I told them my fries are cold they said no no they ate fresh I understand it's fast food its not going to be hero burger however my food was stale it was cold extremely cold everything was cold I was very disappointed dissatisfied I tried calling the location they never pick up I'm sorry how are 2 spicy chicken sandwiches 6 piece nuggets jr bacon cheese and small fries ready within 1 minute

Manager there on 8/9 at 6:30 was strangely rude and wouldn’t return my coupon when I used it, literally every other time ive been to wendys they gave the coupon back no problem.

Came in and asked if I could substitute 1 Dave's Single Burger Combo for a Spicy Chicken Combo since the coupons are the same price. I had a super rude manager tell me no because the prices are different. I told him that they were the same price and he proceeded to repeatedly call me a liar and the prices were different. Well as you can see by the photo, the prices are clearly the same price. This was simply unacceptable behavior on the manager's part and this goof should be nowhere near a position of management. Hopefully something is done, I will be reporting him to head office for a follow up.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Shana at Wendy’s — she’s truly a gem! Every time I visit, she has such a warm smile and positive energy. Her customer service is unmatched — friendly, fast, and always professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience. Wendy’s is incredibly lucky to have someone like Shana on their team. She’s the reason I keep coming back! 😄👏

Decent food quality at this franchise location, however, service can sometimes be slow or confusing when ordering at the counter. Prices are increasing making this a less affordable option for a family night out.

I never tried lemonade before or anything from Wendy’s, but last night we grabbed a small lemonade with salt and pepper, and trust me, it was so refreshing! The flavour was light and perfectly balanced, not too sweet, just what you need to cool down on a summer evening. Definitely worth trying if you’re craving something different and refreshing. I’ll be going back for sure

Repeatedly i have asked for ketchup and napkins to be placed in the bag for drive thru order when placing the order. When I get my order and drive off no napkins or ketchup are there. Please improve.

The only thing consistent about this Wendy’s is just how inconsistent they are.

This the first fast food establishment where I’ll order two drinks and they’ll say “ we rang you up for you we didn’t think you wanted two”
 like that’s not your job to think I want more than one drink.

It’s been 35 degrees are you guys holding onto the ice too cool down the employees

Finally I don’t care if the drinkable lids speak French . Give me a straw.. oh worried about plastic?? Your whole cup is plastic?? Drinkable lids?? My teeth kill
