I come to this location regularly. Everytime the workers make me drive thru over and over to pick up my order. Also every single time there is an item missing even after the long waits. This has happened multiple times and has charged me for the items but they are always missing.

No manger when machines were down so the acting manager handled my order.(After saying it three times). Got my breakfast wrap and was ripped and asked to replace it. No problem. The issue was now my wedges were cold. Asked to replace and she just stared, grab the bag in a fit an slammed it in the garbage. Asked for her name and she said she can't, nor is she the manager. This just occurred, they need some correction over here HELP!

Found a dead mosquito at 10pm on week day, inside the lid of my strawberry lemonade. Disgusting experience. Would definitely consider an investigation, in to bad sanitary practices.

One of the worst Wendy’s in the GTA. I’ve been going here for a while and out of 15 times they’ve only really gotten my order right 2 times. Service is okay but they are very unorganized and the food is never good or correct like other Wendy’s. DO NOT go here if you want good food and ur order correct.

Was very fast and efficient the manager was doing cash i gave him coupon he told me was expired by 1 day and said its ok and gave me a new sheet!! Wow above and beyond was shocked I had the family meals as had my kids with me and all was served efficiently and no issue.
