went there to pick up our order from uber eats app. the cashier told us it's not ready yet. after waiting for 30min while watching others pick up their order one by one. I asked for an update regarding our order because it's showing on the app that our order is already completed. Eventually the cashier tells me that they can't process the order because it's not showing on the system anymore. All the while making it sound that it might have been our fault. How can that be when I was sitting right in front of her?!? Also, it already showed that we got charged for it. wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. would have given 0 ⭐ for customer service if there's an option.

I wont recommend this place the drinks took forever to come and the drinks with the vodka shots were water shots and we ordered extra shots and doesn't taste like alcohol and ended up tasting like water . Please dont visit this place at all. Very unprofessional staff and not good quality food and service and we were like 9 people and we wrote separately for server every ones order and to splitting the bill and she still messed up everything. And on top she say payme the total and figure out everything else later. So disappointing service from ww .
