These people are rude and unprofessional. No wonder they are always empty. I would never come back here again. EVER! If there's 0 stars, that's what I would give them.

They don't seem to know anything about the food they serve and they just avoid having to answer questions. Not sure what they need to improve. They should just start from scratch and hire a whole new crew, perhaps it'll save this drowning establishment.

If you're looking to have great experience with high quality service, avoid coming here at any cost! Take your date somewhere else. Go watch sports somewhere else. It's not worth it getting sub par treatment.

I should’ve looked at previous reviews before ordering here. I will avoid for the future and suggest you do too. They also forgot to give my ranch in my pickup order which was just the last straw at the end of a long day..

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION

The worst experience I have ever had. The order via Uber:
4 single wings and fries
1 pickles

What showed up? 2 single orders of fries and the pickles. No wings. Not one.

Called the restaurant. They were very rude and dismissive stating the order was correct. It absolutely was not.

Be warned. There is a reason this place has such a low rating.

no wonder the rating at this wild wing is so horrible i ordered wings off of uber i asked for them extra sauced they were dryer then a desert oh and did i mention i was given the wrong flavour of wings…. it gets better since i was hungry i decided to eat the wings anyways even though my order was wrong as im eating my (boneless chicken) i take a bite right into a bone. i mean im just going to leave it at this NEVER GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

we came here for drinks on a Sunday night. the staff here at the end of the night decided to let us know when we were paying that their machines were down and it was cash ONLY. i had to walk over to an ATM which was closed because it was a later night. its despicable that the staff offered email money transfers as an option to their personal account. its incredibly annoying and disappointing that 5he business cannot maintain a point of sale machine to work for the entirety of the business day. the staff then claimed that all of the other people in the restaurant paid cash. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS at all and its a terrible place to visit. the owners and staff at this should be disappointed in themselves with trying to pull stupid stunts like what they did tonight. DO NOT VISIT!!! this business honestly deserves to fade and disappear, im incredibly disappointed in this establishment.please listen to all those 1 star reviews, they are there for a reason!

I used to always come here on Tuesday, I place my order on the phone and they would give me the Tuesday discount no problem..

All of a sudden the workers are now requiring me to dine in and won’t give me the same deal I have always gotten for months.

I would highly recommend DO NOT come to this trash location, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else this location sucks.

Placed a mobile order for pickup to have ready within 30 mins of placing the order. I arrive at the restaurant at my pickup time only to find they hadn’t even started my order. After waiting 20 mins I finally got my order and headed home which was 10-15 mins away only to find several things from my order were missing. I called the restaurant only to be called a liar as they said that they gave me everything I ordered. I then asked for refund for my order as to go back to get the missing items would be several mins to and from the restaurant resulting in my food to be cold. They refused and only gave me the items that I told them were missing after they indirectly called me a liar. I ended getting the missing items but got nothing in return. No apologies, no discount or refund on my order for going out my way, not even a coupon or voucher. Oh and head office doesn’t even pickup the phone. Also they are racist to those who aren’t their kind

I'm not sure what's worse; the food or the service.

You walk in you're not greeted, you seat yourself. Then it takes ages for them to bring a menu. On top of that you have to wait half an hour for just appetizers.

The food is sub par, low quality and no passion/effort is put into it.

Only good thing I could say is the lively people (other customers) and tv setup make the place tolerable.

Portion size is small I got like 15 fries. Bought 2 singles and this is how small it was. Ordered gar par fries and they didn't even do that. Payed the extra for carrot and celery side that used to be free and I didn't even get carrots ?

I ordered their wings and got food poisoning from them, it was not a fun experience… I emailed their support for a refund because I was served food that had most likely gone bad, just smelling it was unbearable and at the time I thought it was because I wasn’t hungry, so I got the food to go and tried to eat the wings at home, but it was again unbearable to eat and then I start throwing up. However, after days of waiting without any response from their support, it’s clear this restaurant sucks, paying 20 dollars just to get food poisoning.
