Called ahead and we were told they would honour a Wild Wing promotion, only to be told upon arrival they would NOT. Went as a group to celebrate a birthday and had to all leave. We were unable to celebrate our boys birthday in true fashion, and the owner couldn’t care less. I will never, ever return to this location. Unfortunate, but fortunate as the next closest Wild Wing location on Torbram was participating, so we went there.

Trinity location is trash, worse experience ever. Service was really slow and they wouldn't honor the AYCE deal even though we had called the day before and asked if they had the deal at this location which they replied yes. We had asked to speak with the owner/manager, who hid behind the bar, and he never came to talk to us. Avoid this location!

Staff behind the bar was on FaceTime with their friends and had the phone propped up on the liquor bottles talking with them. Not very professional and not attentive to customers. I was told people often get ignored for service when they come here. I now see why. Flat beer from the tap and fruit flys at the bar. Tells me all I need to know. 0/10

Now I ain't one to be throwing out 5s. But this place is a definite 4.5. I've visited several times in the past year. Be it for a hockey game. A quick lunch. Wings with friends and beers. Tonight I had the unfortunate experience of having to watch the leafs lose(again) I stuck around to see some MMA and I'll say Asta and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was enjoyable. The appetizers the food was on point. The TVs the sound was perfect. Service was fast. Everything was clean they cleaned up our area after every big round and we're efficient. Place smelled delicious I ended up ordering food when I wasn't even hungry. Definitely will show up to watch more sports in the future. Thanks Asta.

Order online for pick up. After 30 minutes my order online said it was ready. I walk in to a lady who was rude and on her phone texting. She told me I needed to wait another 17 minutes for my triple wing order. There was one customer in there at the time finishing their food. The chef was sitting at a table in the back and got up grabbed the receipt and said something. I said if the food wasn’t made I’ll just cancel because my child is hungry now. She said no problem would get management to send a refund. Management has not called or sent me a refund. I go in today and apparently management is only there from 10:30/10:45 until 11am. Her response was I told you he was here from 10:30/10:45.
