Order online for pick up. After 30 minutes my order online said it was ready. I walk in to a lady who was rude and on her phone texting. She told me I needed to wait another 17 minutes for my triple wing order. There was one customer in there at the time finishing their food. The chef was sitting at a table in the back and got up grabbed the receipt and said something. I said if the food wasn’t made I’ll just cancel because my child is hungry now. She said no problem would get management to send a refund. Management has not called or sent me a refund. I go in today and apparently management is only there from 10:30/10:45 until 11am. Her response was I told you he was here from 10:30/10:45.

The waitresses just kept talking in the back, barely checked in if we were doing ok. Even when we wanted the bill the cook saw us waving our hands but continued to have a conversation with the waitresses until we had to yell “hello”

The food was ok 👌 but I’ve never seen that bad service anywhere. The girl at the counter didn’t know how to great the customers and how to talk with them politely, instead she was busy on her phone and talked rudely. Love to come to get the food but seeing that type of service spoiled all the mood and that ruined the taste as well.

I only visit this location just because of Server Aastha, she is very respectful and charming personality and always greets us with a big smile on her face. She always suggests us good deals on food and food is always delicious and fresh.

Food didn't come out what we ordered Cajun sandwich wasn't Cajun the fries were so salty . I spoke to the server they will give me sauce to add really the meat wasn't even what it suppose to be . Those fries gave me a instant headache to much salt my lord . We spent almost 90 dollars for horrible food. One server for 6 tables it was horrible she did her best it's not her fault you guys cant have more people on

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this place. A huge part of that was thanks to Aastha behind the bar her service was beyond exceptional. She wasn't just helpful. She went above and beyond in every way. From the moment I arrived. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of her energy. Attention to detail and kindness made the entire experience feel like home. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know, especially because of her.

Ordered wings and a beer. Wings came out in like 2 minutes. They were pre cooked then microwaved. Some were warm, some were nuclear hot. Wings were slathered in WAY too much goo. Fries were soft and bland. At least the beer was flat.

Just wanted to have a seat for my family of 6 and were informed of an extra charge because they only served those with 5 maximum people. We asked to sit in two different tables and pay separate bills but there was no accommodation. Decided to just find a different place! Don’t go here if you have a big group of people! Also, the place was basically empty. Best of luck!!
