I ordered a Mango Chicken Rice Bowl yesterday through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, while eating it I found a piece of plastic in the bowl. Thankfully I noticed it before swallowing it, but I expected better food safety standards. I wanted to bring this to your attention.

I visited during a snowstorm for a friend’s meetup, based on a recommendation from her,and it turned out to be a welcoming place to gather. The portions were generous, which helps balance the pricing, though I did find the prices to be slightly on the higher side. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a comfortable spot to meet

The FOOD and service is very good. I usually get the veggie quesadillas or bowl. It always tastes good and the service is fast and friendly. My only compliment is with the prices of the desserts for the portion that you are getting. It’s very expensive and not worth it at all. Basically $10 for a slice of cheesecake and it’s SO tiny. I can go and buy a whole cheesecake for $30. Not supporting the desserts anymore that’s absolutely insane.
Very ruthless behaviour by staff. She suddenly stops order and we were in the queue. R u guys serious we confirmed on phone before coming. Mismanagement, at least order must have been accepted for the persons in the queue and we were the last , it was not a big queue. Suddenly telling customer y are running late we cant take order. Dont let us enter or keep proper staffing.. very unprofessional from the lady

Williams Café is an amazing place to relax and enjoy great food and drinks. The coffee is always fresh, the menu has lots of tasty options, and everything is well prepared. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it perfect for hanging out, studying, or meeting friends. The staff are friendly, polite, and provide excellent service every time. Loving this Cafe! The Cappuccino by far is one of the best I've had and I am Italian!!! Made perfectly and the muffins were extremely fresh. The atmosphere felt like i was in a parisian café and the place was extremely clean and inviting. The staff were pleasant and my drink arrived at my table within minutes. Definitely a place to relax, unwind, have healthy food and enjoy the wonderful flavors , Bravo!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my brother, who visited this café recently. He is a very kind person and chose not to post a negative review himself, but the experience deserves to be shared as the staff behaviour was rude and unwelcoming.
When he entered and asked for a table for two, she immediately asked whether he was dining in or picking up an Uber order, which felt dismissive and inappropriate. He then asked for a glass of water and she told him it was self-service.
What made the situation uncomfortable was that when his date arrived and asked for water, she was served water directly at the table. The inconsistency in service was very noticeable and disappointing.
People should be aware that the staff attitude here can be unwelcoming and rude. All customers deserve equal, respectful treatment, and unfortunately that was not the experience in this case.
