If you're looking for a good espresso type coffee, this likely isn't the place to go. There seems to be a decent bakery an perhaps this is suited as a breakfast/brunch place on-the-go but in terms of wanting a cappuccino that isn't 500ml or a banana bread+chocolate cake that tastes other than coming from a freezer truck you need to look elsewhere but the sad part is - there is nothing else around beyond Tim Hortons and Starbucks. Starbucks unfortunately is a better bet, coffee wise, even if getting a 1/2 litre cappuccino is cheaper than 90% of the Starbucks menu. Not bad but absolutely not for me nor other specialty coffee seekers.

Had been coming to William’s Cafe and Everytime it is nostalgic feel. The coffee reminds me of the that from CCD in India. Food options are very decent, with nominal prices for everything.

Every time we went there, we had good time, it has a relaxed environment with lots of seating. Service is friendly, fast and courteous. Good place to grab a bite out of your limited lunch break too.

Loved the roasted red pepper tomato soup, it was amazing!! Sandwiches are good too but nothing extraordinary. Service, cleanliness and ambience is good and the staff are very helpful as well. Would recommend.

i ordered a veggie & feta wrap & a smoothie. As i was finishing it up, I came across a hard pebble sized item in the wrap. i took it out of my mouth and examined it, but didn't know what it was. I brought it to the server's attention and asked her to find out. She never came back to the table. As i left, I approached the cashier (I think she may have been the manager) who said that she asked the cook about it but was told that it could not be identified. I suggested that maybe it was mouse feces and she said no, but offered me a cookie for my concern. Really?? First of all, nobody came to the table to speak to me after I pointed it out. Does this mean that they didn't want to deal with it and were hoping i would just leave quietly?? Secondly, when I approached the lady on my way out, she minimized it as if it was nothing. Poor Poor Poor customer service. I won't be going back there and I suggest everyone checks their food before eating. The smoothie weas good though.
