The food is terrible here. Don't waste your time or money! The chicken tastes like it's processed, the bacon was so hard we could hardly chew it. The omelette wasn't good, the sandwiches were even worse. We won't be coming here ever again.

Its a special place with a retro vibe. We were seated quickly, served and enjoyed our breakfast thoroughly. You can't go wrong with one of the breakfast specials. A very special thanks to Karina who is the most efficient courteous competent wait staff I've witnessed in a long time.

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent visit. My sister politely asked if the student meal was eligible, and the server abruptly said no. When my sister asked why, the server rudely responded, “Don’t ask why,” before giving an explanation that it’s only available on school days. She then dismissively asked, “What do you want?” — which felt very unprofessional.
We’ve been to this place before and have always had friendly service, so this was really unexpected. What made things worse was hearing the same server speak warmly and kindly to other customers (who happened to be white), saying things like “Of course, honey.” This made us feel very uncomfortable and possibly targeted, and left us questioning whether race played a role in how we were treated.
The food is always great — that’s never been an issue — but no amount of good food excuses rude or discriminatory behavior. I hope management addresses this kind of unacceptable conduct, because it can really ruin the experience for returning customers

Ordered the Cuban a few days ago was on a bun not ciabatta. Was amazing ordered again tonight and was disappointed as ciabatta was rock hard and just wasn’t as good. I recommend getting rid of the ciabatta and going with a bun.

It was my first visit to Wimpy’s Diner for breakfast, and as soon as I walked in, it felt like I’d stepped into an alternate universe. The place has a classic aesthetic, covered in posters from the ’50s and ’60s — it’s honestly amazing.
If you go, definitely try the pancakes and waffles — they’re to die for. I also loved the peaceful ambiance. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious breakfast, have a long chat, or just get a nostalgic flashback to another era.

Washroom is only for paying clients.... Remember that for the server that works there ... What's has this world come too .. and paid for bottle of pop but the way I was profile by the server.. please truly do ur self a favor and stop looking down on people... little things like this just shoots a company in the foot .. please one day come out to Brantford wimpy and see how the love is there from the second u walk in ..

We went here for breakfast, got fried chicken & waffle benedict and classic breakfast. The food was so so so delicious. The staff were kind and welcoming. Will be visiting this place again. ❤️
