The worst experience ever in terms of taste and portion size. Their extra large size is similar to a regular box at Osmows. They are cheap, and it shows in all the aspects of this store. Chicken was totally dry, even the sauces were not able to make it moist. Means it was stale and old. Quality of their food is on the lowest end.

Worst shawarma plate I’ve ever had. They charge good money for a mushy, messy plate that looks nothing like the picture. I ordered mild, but there were jalapeños in it 😄 Also, I don’t get why people expect tips on takeout orders. The place is dirty — honestly, no idea why I even ordered from here. Big NO for this place.

Customer service experience is worse. They dont know how to greet customers, i mean am not a king i know, but atleast they should know how to greet customers. I visited today to get shawarma and paneer wrap, but i dont know what was the issue with that girl's expression who,s taking orders. She's all alone by herself, that doesn't mean you attend customer with rudeness. We spend our hard earned money on these meals. Please, atleast smile fake if you dont know how to welcome customers/
The food wasn’t fresh plus the behaviour of the staff wasn’t friendly towards their customers. Being a fast food restaurant i know things are pretty fast but you cant disrespect your customers plus can’t put the wrong items in order. It will be a big issue if someone given instructions and they dont follow never recommend this one to my near and dear ones.

Very disappointed with the food and service here. I ordered a chicken shawarma and it was one of the worst I’ve had. The meat was dry, the wrap was soggy, and the garlic sauce tasted off definitely not fresh. It felt like the food had been sitting for a while before being served.
On top of that, the staff didn’t seem interested in helping when I mentioned the issue. For the price they charge, I expected something much better. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
