I can’t even begin to explain how disappointed I am. I paid my hard-earned money for two chicken shawarma wraps, expecting a decent meal, and instead got the most disgusting experience ever. Less chicken, less sauce and Both wraps had hairs in them. Hair! It’s beyond unacceptable—completely ruined my appetite and my trust in this place. Food safety and hygiene should be the absolute basics for any restaurant, and this was a total failure. Never coming back, and I hope others think twice before wasting their money here.

the Chicken Shawarma Wrap doesn't meet the initial taste or quality that they used to have before. the shawarma didn't have enough chicken and we found hair in both our shawarmas.. it's disgusting to find brown hair in the food. and it's shocking to see on both which doubts the quality of their food handling style.

Terrible service, the staff is very rude, and everything is overpriced. The food quality was also terrible. The worst part of my experience was that they charged me twice, and when I went to sort it out, they denied it, claiming they charged me fairly. I must have bought more stuff, which is why I got double charged.

Their wraps are worst rough and overcooked and they barely speak english. I think they hired thier own people who don’t even understand common words and hand over the phone to one another.

They have TERRIBLE customer service and UNPROFESSIONAL staff. I ordered 2 large chicken wraps through doordash and when I received it and saw that its not properly wrapped with double layer with extra unwanted dark overcooked chicken🤮 and starts to crack when i tried to hold it and sauces start to come out to my hands. When I try to complain about it she made silly excuse that maybe ur dasher did something or it became soggy. Listen, if you know it becomes soggy after a while why don’t you pack properly. Please Do Not order from here and waste ur money as there are so many best food places
Ordered through uber eats … they got the order wrong called them to let them know she said I was lying and I was wrong on how I placed the order … too the shawarma back opened it had the incorrect toppings she said that that’s how it’s made when I specified I didn’t want certain items for allergies reason …after realizing she asked me to just take out the items next time … terrible customer service bad food quality as well was sloppy….will definitely NOT go back ever

Ordered on a delivery app, the shawarma wrap i received did not have any garlic sauce like any other shawarma place making it very dry. Also my requests for no tomato were just ignored. The pits itself was somehow burnt on one side but felt cold and raw everywhere else.
