The frosting on the cake was gritty and overly sweet, not smooth as we expected. We specifically requested in the instructions for the cake to be less sweet, so we were disappointed with how sweet the frosting turned out. Other than that, the cake looked great!

We use it for all our birthdays, and occasions, also used them for our wedding and our cake was so beautiful, and exactly what we asked for (elegant and beautiful displaying our colours on the outside, and a Jamaican themed inside for a surprise! I first inquired through email about ordering a professional cake and they were extremely helpful with all of my questions. I then went in person to place the order for 35 people. The cake was lemon with raspberry filling topped with a lemon butter icing. I have never experienced such a large heavy cake and it's categorized as a 12 inch! It was beautifully decorated including a hand dawn Avatar for the birthday person which was unbelievable! Everybody raved about the cake....."where did you order this cake from"? If you're having a celebration and you want a fabulous cake please call this business and I'm positive you will be very pleased!
