Ordered two Teen Burgers for my elderly mother and I. They were the worst, stone-cold sloppy piles of god knows what. The staff in the drive thru were clearly 'high' and didn't seem to know what was going on. I mean, this WAS the most disgusting excuse for a hamburger I've ever had. Should have gone to McDonalds....ugh, NEVER again!

Their customer service is so awful. They don't know how to deal and treat with customers. I ordered a poutine in which they didn't put a gravy. There were just cheese curds and fries. I asked them for a ketchup and mayonnaise they refuse to give and ask me to pay a dollar for each. As they are always free of cost. Even they take about 15 minutes to make a single burger. Totally unsatisfied.

I order through uber pickup and my chicken petty was not properly cooked and no lettus in the sandwich more over i switched to onion rings uber uber shown 1.10 dollar and they charger me 3 dollar and onion rings was too salty had to garbage those

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. There was ketchup all over the garbage bin so of course there were flies all around. The guy that was sweeping the floor made so much noise with the chairs and the metal dust pan that I couldn't hear what they were asking me when I ordered. The guy kept sweeping next to us when we trying to eat, I had to ask him to stop because there was dust hovering over us from sweeping. Meanwhile still banging the chairs and dust pan. He finished a whole area under the next table and four chairs before he stopped. My husband said this is disgusting. We will not go back there that is for sure. What a waste of $30.

If I could rate this place a zero star, I Fricken would! Waited 35 minutes for $70 worth of food, understaffed. Not hiring and 3 people working. Cold food , onion rings were dog water, for that kind of money swiss chalet is a much better option!
