Went to A&W today for the advertised Moma Special and when I checked the app there was a better Moma Special. That was a nice surprise! Always check the app for Great Pricing! Food came out fresh and piping hot. They dressed my burger to my exact specifications. And the pop is still served in a frosted mug! Super friendly and polite ladies serving up fast and helpful service. I needed assistance with the coupon on the app and Carrie-Ann helped me without a fuss. Thank you Carrie-Ann! Just waited in the drive thru for 20 min for 2 baby burgers not sure what was happening inside she just kept saying one moment. I understand you can run out of stuff but this was ridiculous they should have stuff prepared for when we reach the window not 10 plus minutes. I used to work at one and that’s probably the worst service I seen in a while not like we ordered a lot! Should’ve got our money back all she offered was a crusty apple pie

Good food and service. I did not like the fake flowers on the tables or the fly catcher hanging in the door way. I would prefer oldies music. I did not get a feeling of what A/W use to be. I would not dine in again because of this.
