Ok, so I have been meaning to write this review for the last 2 years and I am sorry to the staff it has taken me this long to recognize how amazing you are! This is the one and only location me and my husband love coming to, and it all started with Kiara (forgive me if I misspelled your name). When I see it’s her we are going to be served by, I light up like it’s Christmas morning! No matter what day or time it is Kiara is always smiling and serves with genuine kindness. It’s because of her we have kept returning. But now in addition to Kiara, today we were served by Mukhneet, another angel at this location and she was an absolute delight! To whomever the management is at this location, please be sure to acknowledge, recognize and appreciate these two lovely servers. I do not post these reviews lightly as it takes a lot to wow me and that says a lot if I am posting something this long. I want to personally thank Kiara and Mukhneet for working with pride and joy and turning what could be an ordinary experience into something above and beyond amazing! Cheers! In addition to the above post, the food is always made well, and is delicious and I MUST give a shout out to their Latte’s. I am a Starbucks girl and I have never had a latte anywhere other than Starbucks that I liked, until two years ago when I first tried theirs. They have a real espresso machine that grinds the espresso beans in real time and steams the milk. It is the most delicious, creamy tasting latte with the perfect balance of milk and espresso. I never thought A&w would be my second go to for a latte. If you haven’t tried it, go in and get it in the glass mug, you won’t be disappointed.

I visited A&W last Thursday around midnight and had one of the best customer service experiences! The girl at the front counter was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. She made me feel very welcomed and provided excellent service with a smile. My order was taken quickly, prepared perfectly, and the whole experience left me impressed. It’s rare to receive such genuine and attentive service at that time of night, but she really made my visit enjoyable. Thank you for the great food and even better service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a wonderful experience at A&W! Mukhmeet, who assisted me, was polite, welcoming, and very attentive. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I tried the Masala Veggie – it was fresh, well-spiced, and full of flavour. Great service and delicious food make this location worth visiting again!
