Got my root beer in a frozen mug. Everyone from the staff to management were just super friendly, everyone smiling, it was a great place to have lunch while my car is in the shop.
Whoever is managing this place is doing a great job, it’s clean, the food was well prepared and presented and delicious.
Beyond expectations in a time wrought with disappointment. I highly recommend stopping at this A&W if you want a great burger and a root beer.

This location, as well as the one on King George Road, is always a pleasure to eat at. The restaurants are always clean, organized, tables always cleaned regularly, and washrooms are sparking. I've never had a bad food experience at either location. Their menus are always being expanded too. The staff are always super helpful and confident, as well as exceedingly nice! 11/10 checking out these spots!
I had an exceptional experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. A special shoutout to Meghana for her outstanding customer service—she was attentive, friendly and made me feel welcomed. I recently visited this A&W location and had an unfortunate experience with the cashier. From the moment I walked up, they were dismissive and seemed uninterested in taking my order. When I asked a simple question about the menu, their response was curt and unhelpful, as if I was bothering them. Customer service is a huge part of any dining experience, and being treated rudely by staff made the whole visit unpleasant. I hope the management addresses this behaviour because it reflects poorly on an otherwise decent place.
