We had A team meal here for 40 people 17 players, 18-year-old girls and all of their parents. Our intent was to go to sociable or Chuck's knowing they could handle a big group. We were thrilled with the result that they were too busy to take us because we would not have stumbled upon Al Dante. They handled our group effectively, the food was incredible and the staff courteous, efficient and very helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant, family dinner, a friend's night out or a team event! We'll be back. It was perfect!

We went there with another couple. Nice little independent Italian restaurant. Good service, nice cozy atmosphere. We had the flat iron peppercorn Fettuccini and the Alfredo Al Dente. You can really taste how fresh the noodles are. Only thing that slightly disappointed us was that the peppercorn Fettuccini, the meat was delicious but the pasta had too much pepper. I guess it's a matter of personal preference but if you don't like too peppery, choose something else.

We arrived at 6:43 for a 6:45 reservation for 6 people. They told us it would be a 15 minute wait because there was no tables available. Not sure why we made a reservation then. Regardless, we weren't seated until 730 and it was 7:47 by my friends watch when we got first drinks. The whole time a pregnant friend was forced to stand and not given a chair. When food did arrive it was sub par at best with the pizza being particularly bad. Will not be going again.

The Spinach salad was excellent! The Caesar salad my husband had was disappointing. There was really no bacon to be found and 4 croutons that were so hard you could easily break a tooth. No offer of freshly grated cheese. My Mediterranean bowl was really a salad. I could not find the roasted chickpeas or hummus. My husband had the Buffalo Pizza and said it was mediocre. The Marinara sauce that you dip your bread in was excellent! Our waitress was very nice.

The service was great and ambience lovely! We were, however, most disappointed by the stale dry bread served before the meal. The bruschetta topping was very nice, but the bread was hard to get down. The pita triangles that came with our appetizer of warm olives, were also quite dry. The rest of the meal was fine.

LOVE the steak 🥩 and seafood 🦞 they have here! Appetizers are always excellent as well. I think they're known for pasta 🍝 but when your keto / low carb you can eat here if your on a special diet and they will always help modify the meal for you. Staff are friendly, service is great and the chef is excellent 👌 We always stop in for dinner when we're in Brantford. There's lots of great options and price points on the menu. Glad we discovered this gem!💎

Horrible service with complete lack of customer service. This establishment is not run efficiently and there is no leadership. Gordon Ramsay would whip them into shape. Waited so long for drinks, had to hail down someone to order appetizers, and when the entre came the chicken was inedible. No offer of refill of drinks, no offer of bread or parmesean cheese. I will not return.

My family has been going to Al Dentes since I was a baby. Recently they created a full plant based menu that is truly the best!! Baked ziti and Caesar salad I haven’t ate in years but now I’ve found my new favourite dish! The vegan pizza options and the pasta are all both amazing. We had them cater our engagement party and all of our “non vegan” family loved every bite.
You walk in and you’re treated like family. Either Takeout or dine in you have to go, Owner is always trying new things!
*Would give a 5 star but the app doesn’t allow unless restaurant is fully vegan but a note is the owner is vegan and loves creating all the dishes so its all made up to standards and made perfect everytime.*
