Horrible service with complete lack of customer service. This establishment is not run efficiently and there is no leadership. Gordon Ramsay would whip them into shape. Waited so long for drinks, had to hail down someone to order appetizers, and when the entre came the chicken was inedible. No offer of refill of drinks, no offer of bread or parmesean cheese. I will not return.

My family has been going to Al Dentes since I was a baby. Recently they created a full plant based menu that is truly the best!! Baked ziti and Caesar salad I havenāt ate in years but now Iāve found my new favourite dish! The vegan pizza options and the pasta are all both amazing. We had them cater our engagement party and all of our ānon veganā family loved every bite.
You walk in and youāre treated like family. Either Takeout or dine in you have to go, Owner is always trying new things!

This was a 10/10, 1000%, A+ experience for me. I came here while in brantford on business and had the best experience. The food was amazing! Homemade pasta cooked perfectly with the most delicious vodka sauce. I was almost going to change my ordwr over the tails being on the shrimp when they told me they could take them off. I repeat THEY TOOK THE SHRIMP TAILS OFF FOR ME! This is a big deal for someone with textural issues and allowed me to further enjoy the amazing food. And the bread was also superb. I was so happy with the food. Rhe service just made it even better. Friendly, kind staff that were chatty and made suggestions and knew the menu. I was able to hear them interacting with other tables too nd it made my heart soar. These were passionate people who know what they are about. I was so so happy here. And as a solo diner I was never left to feel ignored or unimportant even when surrounded by busier tables. Atmosphere here was lovely. I sat back at the bar are at a high top which was perfect for being on my own and not feeling insecure. The blue and gold colour scheme ay the bar and over all decor just lend to it. Music at the perfect volume that you'd be able to converse easily still. I will return here when im in town for sure.

The food was terrible. I was with a party of four and tried each dish. The vegetables in the tortelloni were raw. The meatballs in the spaghetti and meatballs were chewy. The pizza was a simple flat bread and cut like someone needed a geometry lesson. All of these had tomato sauce bases that had too much sweetness.
But the worst was the thai chicken penne, apparently one of their top sellers. The chicken was rubbery, and store bought noodles were covered in a bland brown slime. Any warning of spice was false advertisimg. What could have been a unique fusion a was a revolting mess.
The staff were fine, but disorganized. The grapevine on the patio was unique and enjoyable, but low quality furniture and limited space did not save the meal.
I cannot stress how terrible the food was. We will not be returning.

My dining partner had the strip loin med/rare and it was perfect. Served what said pasta Alredo which is usually fetticene turned out to be a papardelle noodle which was a wonderful surprise. The steak also came with an array of very fresh perfectly cooked veg. I had the gluten free pasta primavera with shrimp. This is the only place that I have had gluten free pasta that tastes amazing. All the veg in the pasta was perfectly cooked, my compliments to the chef. The shrimp was disappointing as far as freshness goes and everything needs more seasoning, I know good food and you shouldn't have to look for salt when you're eating a meal.

My wife and I enjoyed dinner here a week ago (busy Friday night). The outdoor patio (under a huge canopy of grape vines) was wonderful. Service was attentive and servings were very generous. The only negative was that the bread initially served was under baked (didn't rise back up when I stuck my finger in ). Yes, a busy night.
LOVE the steak š„© and seafood š¦ they have here! Appetizers are always excellent as well. I think they're known for pasta š but when your keto / low carb you can eat here if your on a special diet and they will always help modify the meal for you. Staff are friendly, service is great and the chef is excellent š
We always stop in for dinner when we're in Brantford. There's lots of great options and price points on the menu. Glad we discovered this gem!š
