The fresh baked pastries. Not only smells good and also melts in your mouth. Ordered two boxes of assorted croissants. Chocolate croissants, almond croissants, cheese croissants. Very yummy
I discovered this jewel at the Bronte Farmer's market in Oakville. I cannot live without the whole wheat rye sour dough bread. I have tried many breads, but the chew, the crumb, just everything about this bread is the absolute best. I have already googled the round trip time to Brantford for when the market closes- it is that good.

Cookies were so yummy oh my god!!! Absolutely enjoyed them! And I love that they’re not too sweet , it’s full of flavor without it being overloaded with sugar. The chocolate shortbread and pecan cranberry cookies are the best, Chef kiss. i also got the potato patty. Very light and fluffy, perfect for a light snack . I live how it’s not heavy on the stomach. Will buy again. Thank u so much for ur great service!!!

Brantford has been hiding this delicious secret. We actually discovered AP Bakery at the Burlington Farmers’ Market. That day we tried the sour dough bread and cinnamon buns. Both were awesome. And when I saw the croissants, I told them the best croissants I’d had, I got in Paris, France. He told me I should try his. Well all I can say is Paris bakers have a new rival. That day we bought the sourdough multigrain bread and some cinnamon buns. As mentioned, the cinnamon buns were awesome but the multigrain sourdough bread is truly great. When we went to the store we got another loaf of the multigrain bread, six cookies and an assortment of other items. I haven’t tried the croissants yet, but the second loaf of multigrain sourdough bread was as good as the first. I wish they were closer to Burlington but we’ll be visiting them again at the Farmers’ Market. And after that, Brantford isn’t that far to go for quality baked goods. Highly recommend.

I visit almost every weekend for the croissants and bagels. I haven't tried other things besides my usual but i'll definitely be trying them out. The chocolate croissant is my favv. I'm so glad to have found out about it. Probably the best bakery in brantford. Atleast for me😋
