I've tried this location a couple times. This time was especially bad. I left with only my wife's order and thought about leaving it there. The service took away my appetite. She was so rude and just threw the sour cream & salsa in to the takeout box. I will opt to go somewhere else, other locations have been great. Just threw in the toppings very sparingly as well.

Will never go here again! I went there last night for a burrito. I got a Jerk chicken burrito and it tasted fishy. I couldn’t finish it of course and have been feeling sick since. I also saw a cockroach on the floor which shouldve been my first indication of possible issues. Most disappointing 20$ I have ever spent!

Been eating burrito to so many places in different cities. But here particular this store they are serving less in bowl. Bowl was almost half empty. And it cost same as other places. Taste was good but quantity was super less.

Had lunch here today and the street tacos are very small. Glad I ordered the extreme fries aswell. The tacos were average and definitely not authentic. Pricey lunch at $20. I left

Cost cutting on food. I nowhere blame employees for it. It's just the owners training them to cost cut. They literary shake off extra rice from the equipment. She literary had 6-7 small pieces of onions on 13$ Largest burrito. Man, I'm paying 13$ keep that in mind atleast. I don't like to tell more more every time.

I ordered on mobile, when I pick up they didn’t even make it…. and the young lady who were making my bowl, seemed feeding a bird… just tiny size of everything…. I got my 1/2 of the bowl… Will not come back again!!!!!

Ordered two burritos and a quesadilla. The woman worker looked at me like I was offending her and just said okay. The man was on the phone ignoring the customers. After making the quesadilla, the woman went on the phone as well and ignored us, not making our burritos. I payed for the quesadilla and left. Very poor customer service. As well, I have been to this location many times over the years and the portions are now halfed for the same price. Very disappointed in this visit and will not be returning to this food chain again.

I mistakenly ordered pick-up to the wrong location (entirely my fault). The staff there tried to cancel the order at the other location but it had already been made. The owner/manager offered to drive the order over to where I was. Blown away with how awesome both locations in Brantford are. Highly recommend!
