Extremley disapointed in costumer service. Please train your employes to be better at costumer service or else very soon they will make you sell ice cream for someone else's franchise becauae of their rude attitude and bad customer service.My cousin got caramel truffle ice cream and didnt like it because he was refused to be given any sample of the ice cream before buying it. The person working there said only 1 sample per person. I hope you improve. Thank you.

I purchased 2 tubs a few days ago, drive home only to have one of the tubs filled with freezer burned praline and cream! I couldnât even eat it! It was so disgusting and upsetting! And it wasnât worth my time to go back and complain! Went here twice in the past 5 years and both times was so disappointing!
