So impressed with this location! The team was extremely accommodating with a custom cake request. I made the request on Thursday for a Saturday morning pick up. Unfortunately I had to change the time for a Friday pick up, and the team was able to get it done in a day! The custom cake had a printed image and it turned out amazing!!

An amazing experience at Baskin Robins today. My daughter ordered an Ice cream and ended up not liking the flavour. Our server offered to scoop her a new flavour, free of charge.

Went in around 5.15 June 12. Ordered 2 scoops on waffle cone. Employee did not ring into register just told me it was $10.55 and took my cash. It seemed to be more than I had previously paid and concerning that it was not rung in. Scoops very small also.

I am extremely disappointed with the Baskin Robbins in Brantford. The prices are ridiculously expensive, and they have started using kidsâ scoops instead of large scoops.
I ordered a banana split and got three kidsâ scoops for $13! Itâs absolute highway robbery.
Other local ice cream shops are far cheaper and offer much better value.
This location wasnât always like this but has gone downhill since they renovated. I wonât be coming back.
