Me and ny boyfriend were trying to find this place to try, but it's now transformed into a new establishment called Vene's Gourmet Asian Cuisine. Food's really delicious, and staff is wonderful. Some of the staff's also related to some other great Asian restaurants across Brantford, too. Do recommend it.

Almond soo guy, chicken dried out and tough, breading soggy and mushy, chicken balls were bland, liked the portion size of chicken but breading was too dense and heavy, mushy breading and not enough sauce, sauce was bland. Egg rolls good crunch but the inside was hard to chew rubbery. Pork rice was good, chow mein best ever had, steamed and not mushy with gross gravy. Fresh veggies. The new name was confusing when looking for the resturant. On entry no welcome or greeting, one on phone hidden in corner while one behind counter distractedly busy, barley paused to deal with customer, nonchalant.

The food was exactly what you expect when ordering Chinese and you can’t beat the price of their family of four special. It was also ready SO FAST (about 15 mins when ordered at 4:15pm). It was good, but wasn’t amazing (mostly because we found some of our items with over cooked making it a bit dry).

Loved this place for years, always great food. Tonight I had the worst meal I've ever gotten there and called to complain. The poor guy answering the phone apologized and said the restaurant was sold and he's been hearing complaints ever since about the quality of stuff. The sweet and sour sauce was almost like Jello in its consistency it was so thick, the egg rolls were dry and salty. Guess I'll be looking elsewhere for Chinese, since this place is no longer going to offer the good food it used to. Such a shame, they had a great quality little restaurant. The new owners will sure see a drop off in business once people taste how it is now.

After many heavy recommendations from a family member, I finally decided to give this place a try, and now I wish I come long ago. Service was fantastic, food was amazing and (don’t let the outdated outside plaza scare you) the restaurant was VERY clean and welcoming. I thought Blessings was the best oriental place in town, but Beijing is NOW my “go - to”!!!
This is the worst Chinese food we have ever ordered. Everything was overcooked and dried out and lacking in taste. The soo guy chicken was hard and crusty on the outside. This dish, the egg rolls, and the rice all tasted burned, and as though they had been cooked in old oil.
The soo guy gravy was lukewarm and somewhat congealed and had no taste. The bean sprouts in the egg rolls were a solid, tough mass.
The only halfway decent dish was the chicken chow mein otherwise I would have given a one.
Very stingy on the plum sauce and soya sauce packets, Luckily we had bottles of both at home.
Really disappointing and basically a waste of money. First time ordering delivery from here and it will definitely be the last.

Tasteless , bland under cooked crap ! Total waste of time, money and calories. Kitchen kid of the day syndrome,? I'll never find out .

I ordered 2 complete dinner for one meals, and I must admit, you get more than enough food. The food was very good, but the reason for only 2 stars, was because the I had ordered both dishes to be made without MSG because my wife is allergic to it. Obviously, somewhere in the translation, MSG was added to the food, and my wife has been feeling ill for the last 18 hrs. It's a shame because my meal was very good.
