Me and ny boyfriend were trying to find this place to try, but it's now transformed into a new establishment called Vene's Gourmet Asian Cuisine. Food's really delicious, and staff is wonderful. Some of the staff's also related to some other great Asian restaurants across Brantford, too. Do recommend it.
Almond soo guy, chicken dried out and tough, breading soggy and mushy, chicken balls were bland, liked the portion size of chicken but breading was too dense and heavy, mushy breading and not enough sauce, sauce was bland. Egg rolls good crunch but the inside was hard to chew rubbery. Pork rice was good, chow mein best ever had, steamed and not mushy with gross gravy. Fresh veggies. The food was exactly what you expect when ordering Chinese and you can’t beat the price of their family of four special. It was also ready SO FAST (about 15 mins when ordered at 4:15pm). It was good, but wasn’t amazing (mostly because we found some of our items with over cooked making it a bit dry).
