I asked for peperoni and bacon on top of the cheese. And added cheese sticks to the order and it wasn't even made

Says it closes at 10, I walk in at 9:15. While 4 of them are doing nothing and the one lady said they’re closed. Ridiculous.

This place is now forcing customers to tip, no tip is not an option any more. For a takeout only, no seating even available, below average pizza joint. Get real.

I wish I can give a zero to them…though there pizza is good but they dnt provide you what for actually asked for ..everytime I asked them to put less cheese on half of the pizza but they dnt listen n when I order tandoori chicken pizza,the order was totally different..n when u complain them then the person on the phone told me to stop ordering it from them n better find a new place to order pizza …zero customer respect..learn some manners please..n wow to your reply..who told u that we ate half of the pizza ,my husband ate it bcoz he didnt know what I ordered n when i saw it he already had 2 slices ..stop blaming others when u urself dnt listen n make wrong orders …even if i call you after 4 hrs,the point here is that why cant u listen to the customer carefully and than u try to cover yourself with these fake words to show ppl that u guys are not wrong

So bad will never be back

I had the chance to try Brantford’s best pizza while visiting the area. Their pizza is way better than the big national chains. The place was clean and the staff is very friendly and hospitable. I can see why Big Box Pizza is highly rated. Well worth trying if you haven’t done so.

Don’t order anything over the call. The person who takes and order takes wrong orders and then they pin it on you that you ordered it.
Called them right after coming back home that i got wrong order but they denied.
They should learn what customer service is.

First time going to this pizza shop. I got a small pizza and a lava cake.. the pizza was pretty good, but the lava cake came frozen.. I questioned why it came frozen and they said they've served them that way for 6years now.. I told them anytime I've gotten a lava cake anywhere they're usually cooked, so they gave me a refund on the lava cake which was great on there part, just a heads up to anyone looking for a hot lava cake, it's not here lol but pizza is really good!

Food was good , I went to get a pizza, my kid had to use the washroom and they denied him causing him to have a problem.
No human decency left in this country with this type of people around.

Best pizza in Brantford!! By far our favourite go to place for any pizza order for any occasion. Facility is always clean!! Staff are friendly and ownership always around to say Hello and provide phenomenal service!

Pizza is hot, fresh, they use great ingredients and priced very well!
