Don’t order anything over the call. The person who takes and order takes wrong orders and then they pin it on you that you ordered it.
Called them right after coming back home that i got wrong order but they denied.
They should learn what customer service is.

First time going to this pizza shop. I got a small pizza and a lava cake.. the pizza was pretty good, but the lava cake came frozen.. I questioned why it came frozen and they said they've served them that way for 6years now.. I told them anytime I've gotten a lava cake anywhere they're usually cooked, so they gave me a refund on the lava cake which was great on there part, just a heads up to anyone looking for a hot lava cake, it's not here lol but pizza is really good!

Food was good , I went to get a pizza, my kid had to use the washroom and they denied him causing him to have a problem.
No human decency left in this country with this type of people around.

Best pizza in Brantford!! By far our favourite go to place for any pizza order for any occasion. Facility is always clean!! Staff are friendly and ownership always around to say Hello and provide phenomenal service!

Pizza is hot, fresh, they use great ingredients and priced very well!

Soggy pizza again. We asked for well done pizza, putting emphasis on the well done request, but nope. Soggy under cooked pizza again.

Places like pizza roma and Lucianis Maria's use to be top notch but for me prices soared quality dropped service so so. so I was recommended to big box and tbh it's fair quality pizza at a fair price. $26 for a party square that feeds me and my 4 children and a piece or 2 for my mother. and it didn't take long ordering every Saturday before they considered me a regular and answer the phone greeting me by my real name hey troy how are you? Want your usual? Yes yes i do thank you. No what's your number name they just know and that's top notch service

Pizza arrived half uncooked. When I called them they said next order will have a discount. But didn't offer to replace large pizza. Never calling then again.

Need to changes price menu on line...family combo price $32.99... Then when we picked up our pizza family combo price was $42.99 at restaurant..We told our server the price difference but she didn't say or explain anything ...

Have to say I was pleasant tly surprised with this pizza. My friend usually orders from South City when I visit but this time we decided to try bigbox and we were NOT disappointed. Pizza deals are great, and the pizza was fantastic. I haven't tried any other items from them yet so currently my rating is for their pizza prices and speedy service

To be honest one of my favorite food place since landing in Canada. Cheaper too compared to others. Should have it hot n fresh.
