I have visited this place 3-4 times, and every time, I’ve had to wait excessively for my order. On one occasion, the staff even forgot my order entirely. When I asked if my food was ready, they responded by asking me what I had ordered. This is extremely poor customer service.
I placed my order and was told to wait 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 50 minutes for just a plate of Manchurian. The staff kept delaying by saying, “Just 2 more minutes,” repeatedly.
Additionally, the service setup is disorganized. No one is stationed at the front; instead, the staff is always inside the room, seemingly gossiping and ignoring customers.
To make matters worse, the food quality was disappointing. The Manchurian was undercooked and not up to the mark.
Overall, my experience was highly unsatisfactory due to the poor service, long wait times, and subpar food quality.

Worst Indian restaurant in Brantford. Every time I ordered from here have issues with it. Food is okay. Today I ordered buy one get one Promotion running biriyani. They gave me only one. If you call them there is nobody to speak in English and if you walk in and pay cash they will not give receipt and they will not give balance as well. I will not order anymore.

The worst experience ever in my life. First time trying this restaurant, let me mention it here, my brother order from this restaurant from Edmonton to deliver at my address for his Birthday treet. We got kadahi paneer, veg manchoorian, butter naan, masala dosa. Kadahi Paneer - all the veggies were uncooked, paneer was so hard to chew. Tasteless. Veg Manchoorian - manchoorian is my favourite,but now onwards I feel like I am gonna hate it. First of all it has too much salt in it and balls were totally uncooked as well. Only I can taste is salt and cornstarch. Secondly, portion is way smaller and they charge for $12.99. Butter naan - one side was too cooked like black and other one was uncooked. Masala Dosa - they only name it, taste is like samosa, even Smosa is taste way better than their dosa. Sambar is having cauliflower chunks in it. No salt no sambar flavor at all. No other chutney at all. Never ever try the masala dosa from this place. I would recommend to go at Jayalakshmi for Dosa,the best place for Dosa and for the rest of the stuff I would suggest to go to Indian sweet and spice. Look like whoever cooked our food,it was first time for her/him to be in the kitchen. They should really need to change the chef or close their restaurant. Save your money, save your time and save your occasion. Never gonna order it again and never gonna recommend this place to anyone.

Literally waste of money and time 🤮🤢 I have ordered Butter chicken biryani with 1+1 offer from uber eats but i only got one box biryani instead of 2 and the worst part is it taste like grass🤮🤢 Rice grains are really hard feels like eating raw rice, i believe they just packed the re heated refrigerated biryani Worst biryani of my life 🤮 Never gonna order from this worst restaurant The restaurant owner and management should be shamed of serving such worst food to the customers Shame on you guys don’t know how come they have such good reviews There should be frequent food inspections in such worst restaurants
The reference order statement does not mention anything about a kids' size, so it seems misleading to customers. It appears to be a marketing strategy to attract buyers with a 1+1 offer.
Regarding the food quality, the rice was worse than expected—far from what anyone would consider acceptable. I have already received a refund from Uber, so there is no reason for me to make false claims about the poor quality. In fact, I’m relieved that I only received one box instead of two because it would have been upsetting to throw food straight into the garbage.
As for my language, I usually avoid using strong words, but consider the frustration of someone expecting a good meal at 10 PM, only to find the rice rock solid and inedible. How else would a customer react? Looking at your reviews, this is clearly not the first time such complaints have been raised about your restaurant.
It’s not that I don’t know how to order—it’s that you are intentionally misleading customers to make money off low-quality food.

We ordered chicken tikka and butter chicken both were raw. Today 2 of 4 family members are not well. This was not our first time ordering, but it will be our last.
Even asking for fresh food and ordering 30 minutes before picking up the order i get the old recooked burnt food.. and they are charging you tax when there’s no GST/HST in restaurants for two months.. 👏🏻👏🏻.. finally found the worst restaurant in town.

Went to grab quick appetizers tonight as this was the only restaurant open nearby. They took around30mins to prepare food. I was crystal clear while ordering to pls make sure’food is fresh’. After paying, noticed that i was charged gst/hst. Upon asking, the owner said thats what the total comes upto. When i got home, couldnt take another bite and had to scrape $40 worth of food. Places like this need proper health inspections so they can atleast meet the bare minimum of food standards! WONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
