If it wasn't for the staff this restaurant would have a zero rating. The photo shown is what this salad looked like before the downsize, not what you get now!! $16.49 for a limp, appetizer size salad. Over cooked chicken and the toppings were minimal! Chicken Pecan Salad was once a full delicious meal with a fair price of $14.99 now it's more and the portion is literally half the size. Down sizing is one thing however this is a great disappointment. This was the salad 6 months ago! :(

Since the pandemic, Boston pizza has gone downhill. Prices have gone up, the quality of the food has gone down. The service is great, friendly and attentive, but $150 for a couple of pizzas and dessert is insane.

Brooke our bartender was nothing but a nightmare the list of negative things too long to list on here just stay away from this location or just wait till she’s not working.

Good service, the lunch special for $15 was a great deal with entrée, side and drink. The restaurant was quite empty for lunch. The service was fast, and the food was very good (hot chicken sandwich with Caesar salad). I brought a client and it was a good volume to talk. TVs were on in the dining room and bar showing sports highlights. Looked to be a good place to watch sports, especially in the bar.

Sat bar side late lunch..was somewhat busy... ordered French Onion Soup & Roast Chicken BLT...was delicious...partner had French Onion Soup & Poutine...however ended up receiving Poutine with undercooked Bacon on it. Supposedly an Ultimate Poutine...if he didn't like it he didn't have to pay for it? He tried it eat like a 1/4 of it and just couldn't enjoy it left it disappointed, we got charged for it without even a comment or anything? Ruined a simple experience... especially not considering diet or sensitivities and allergies.

Ordered take out. It was pasta Tuesday. I ordered the carnival penne and double size oven roasted chicken wings. Pick up was Quick and easy. I would’ve give this a 5 stars, and the reason why i didn’t because I asked the waitress for Parmesan cheese twice, and she confirmed that they were in the bag, and actually it wasn’t. Order wise it was good.

Fantastic for a chain! Service was attentive, no waiting or wrong orders, great with our 8 year old! Food was prompt, fresh, and delicious. I'm not huge on chains but I'd go back for sure!

Kara h is a horrible waitress I wouldn't even give her a half a star rating. There's no way you are suppose to demand a tip before we even had time to leave one on the table so glad we did not give her a tip at all and after that desides to throw a receipt on the table and walk off swearing over it .you need to deal with this issue if you expect to keep good paying costumers the worst service I have ever had I realy hope you deal with her as needed.
