Went to dinner with my wife tonight, our server was named Dakota, she was by far the best server we’ve ever had, highly recommend eating there and job well done Dakota
Will not be back after the experience with Kara h tonight !!! So unprofessional , will be leaving reviews all over after my experience tonight will not be back hopefully you get staff that enjoy their job. Sad how much Boston pizza has changed.
Kara h is a horrible waitress I wouldn't even give her a half a star rating. There's no way you are suppose to demand a tip before we even had time to leave one on the table so glad we did not give her a tip at all and after that desides to throw a receipt on the table and walk off swearing over it .you need to deal with this issue if you expect to keep good paying costumers the worst service I have ever had I realy hope you deal with her as needed.
If incould give a zero star I would.
I will not be back after the service of Kara h , when being a server I think you leave your personal problems at the door. I don't care if you have 5 kids or you didn't get a payment from another customer.
Didn't even give me time to leave a tip at the table was rude and stormed off before we could all even pay.
Went for my nephews grad and will absolutely not be back , I hope you can take a look at your staff and maybe get a little bit more friendly staff and maybe the service would be better. Of course we all got mad and it didn't end well but that's no way to act or treat customers,
Hopefully you guys can get your shit together! Had to ask for drinks she forgot , slow service, rude and unprofessional unfriendly , problems after problems!
Went for my son's grad dinner tonight. Our server was Kara H. Her unprofessionalism was mind blowing. My son had to remind her he ordered an ice tea, our apps were there right away great but then it was almost an hour wait for our food, not only did she mess up who's order was on what bill (not a big deal didnt even bring it up just e transfered the portion to cover it to the person it was charged to), she also didnt think 170 was less than 169 and change and when someone in the back asked if she could count she threw the bill on the table and stormed off with out one of the party guests paying and then started getting rude when she said she still needed to pay and when asked to get the manager she refused and said they already knew.
Loved the outdoor seating and vibe.
Great deals and offers. Enjoyed the spinach mushroom creamy pasta and Mediterranean pizza
Very long wait for doordash pickup order
Went here for a birthday, our party had 9 people, including 2 children under 4. They just kept sitting everyone else we were there for over an hour waiting for a table. They have 5 hosts who must all be brand new because pushing two tables together was impossible. We left, I recommend anywhere else.

Enjoyed a lovely few hours after a Bulldogs game ... Rachele Marie gave us top-notch service. The French Onion soup was delicious. Coors Lite on tap $7 for 21 oz... Good times!

Pretty much unaffordable
Went here on a Saturday around 3:00. The waitress was lovely, food was excellent in taste and the restaurant itself was clean and lively. I ordered a coffee and my father had a Diet Coke ($4 each) and we decided to split an appetizer plate (serves four apparently) which was $23. It came with cactus cut potatoes, Thai chicken and panera bread. The food was delicious, it filled both of us and total was $36 + tip.
The prices on everything on the menu, however, are absolutely awful. The cheapest pizza you’ll get here, even a make your own, is going to be at least $20. A medium specialty pizza will be $30. There were no specials or deals on food. The cost to me was shocking. If you’re going to go here I would suggest looking at the menu before you arrive and then deciding if you can afford to take your family there because an app and two nonalcoholic drinks was $40. If you added two more drinks and maybe a large pizza you’ll easily spend $100.
This location does not control the prices this is a chain restaurant, but given the Bulldogs are right there, this BP is missing out on a slew of customers who might want some cheap finger food after a hockey game. If I came in here and I was paying myself, I would probably just walk out. Not enough bang for my buck.

Edit: downgrading this to one star. My whole family got sick from your undercooked pizza.
Overpriced bland food with small portions. Worse than ever before. I don’t know why you would ever come here over its competition.

Warning if you get takeout they care less about how they prepare your food, dine in experience the pizzas are good. I love boston pizza, and for the price you pay you think you would get a good pizza but past few times, i get undercooked pizzas, i got one with hardly any cheese on it and looks like a child threw it together so i got one with extra cheese and then there was no sauce. Staff are very nice but like when you pay for premium pizza you expect premium pizza

Order was scheduled to be delivered at 7:15pm and food did not arrive until 7:50pm. Do not recommend their delivery.
