Here is the mistake of a vehicle. I have purchased from Brant county Ford on day 69 of ownership. The motor failed, and it cost me $12000 to put a new motor in it. At another garage, because Brant County Ford told me tough that I'm out of warranty according to them that I was 2000k over the warranty. The weirder part is, they did an oil change. Allegedly, before I picked the truck up and put a sticker in my window for 5000 km for the next oil change. I was 800 shy of said, mileage date of what needed to be done for the oil change. So therefore, I only had 4200 km on it from when I bought the truck. So according to them, with their 90 day, 5000 km warranty, I was still inside that they claim I'm over regardless either way. They should have at least helped some way. Somehow, since they sold me, the biggest lemon in the world, all they said they would do for me is check it over at MY COST and fix it at MY Cost, so I took it else where since they refused to help unless I was paying, well since they sold me a horrible truck and didn't want to help on their time or dollar, I went to a garage that took care of me. So Let this be a lesson to anybody that wants to purchase a used vehicle from Brant county Ford. Don't because 69 days later, I had to put a brand new motor in my truck because they did not do their due diligence to check over this motor to see how garbage it was. It had 3 liters of oil sludge inside the engine. The valve train was clogged with sludge, gross enough, had a couple scoops of mouse droppings on top of the engine under the intake. And all the injector wiring was chewed and fried, so my bad for buying something from what I thought was a reputable dealer, that's my mistake. I'll own that forever. They're bad, for taking in a pile of junk and not standing by their sales. So I will never step foot on their dealership property ever again, and let this be a warning to anybody and everybody when searching for a vehicle. There's way better dealers out there. Don't go there. Like, I said, even if by chance I would slightly over on the mileage, which I know I'm not, but even if I was, let's say they were right. Any other good dealer in this world would be like, Hey, we can't cover it all, but we can cover something to help you out. Because yeah, this is a crappy situation, and since you've only owned the truck for 69 days. Let's figure a way to help you out to make this right. There was also a break issue from the day I bought the truck that they claimed they fixed once it came back 24 hours later. And when I called them to get that corrected, they said they would call me back with a date of when I can come in and get them fixed and I never heard from them again. So, they're clearly the kind of dealer that once they get your money, they don't care about you or repeat business. They also did that same thing to my father-in-law, who bought a Shelby, Mustang from them. And when he got it home, he noticed it was an issue with their front end, he called them and They said we will talk to service and call you back. He has never heard from them again. So good job brant county ford. You really know how to keep the customers wanting to come back. i've already got the new motor in my truck and driving it around, and i'm still not at the mileage that they set, for thr oil change even though they claim i'm already past the warranty. And to be clear, the warranty was 5000 km or 90 days, and the motor went at 4200. Kilometers 69 days, but they say, I'm at 7000 km from when I picked the truck up, even though they only did a 5000 km oil change. They only offered to help as long as I was going to pay them, well that isn't helping at all, so this is why I never let them tough my truck afteri that, since they weren't wanting to help me only take more money from me. for anybody that wants to see pictures improve of the motor and my oil change Record. I have them, but they don't let me post it on here. I can show you

I ordered a Ford Maverick from this dealership and after almost a year I was told that the order was being changed to a 2023 model and that I would be required to pay an additional $3500. When speaking with Ford Canada and the Sales rep and manager they kept saying the other entity was at fault and giving incorrect information. In the U.S. customers were being given rebates for their troubles but here they want more. Extremely disappointing experience which is still unresolved.

I took my car there for an oil change and a tire swap. I also told them the rubber weather stripping along the bottom of the door was loose and hanging out of the car, and I had a sensor light on the dash saying my hood is open when it’s not. When I dropped it off I took the advisor out and showed her the weather stripping. They called me after 3.5 hours to say they were done and there was nothing they could do about the weather stripping, I’d have to order all new parts and have them installed…and they didn’t even have time to look at the sensor. When I got home I realized I had been charged half an hour labour ($72) to “inspect” the weather stripping. They did absolutely nothing to it and there was nothing to inspect…I’m the one that pointed it out to them. On the paperwork they wrote “verified customers concerns” so they charged me $72 to say ‘you’re right, it’s hanging outside’ anyone can see that. If I had taken it in with a mysterious noise and they had to run tests then sure. I called back to ask the advisor about it and she just said they had to take time out of their day to look at it. I also sent an email to the service manager and they haven’t bothered to respond. It’s not even about the money…it’s the principle and I don’t want anyone else to get ripped off. I’ve been going there since I got my car in 2015 but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I was charged 250$ for a tire rotation and lug nuts, only to have my truck returned with only 2 tires switched. i can be sure because the can of green spray paint I ran over still covers the same wheel.

The service department are scammers. Have no loyalty to their customers. When they damaged my truck I was told the onus was on me… when speaking with the service manager he said that if I thought the Ford would eat the cost I was sadly mistaken. I couldn’t even get a proper estimate of the work out of them. It was honestly like pulling teeth. After 8 years of loyalty to them, I will not be returning nor ever recommending this establishment to anyone. Don’t waste your money or time, go elsewhere.
