Food is good enough for the price - the service is horrible. atmosphere is junky thank god I never eat in there . Front end service chick is a snot and makes even a phone order uncomfortable .. she’s rude . But if you can put up with the mean mug and attitude. Sure give it a go. Just don’t tip ?

Go for the Fried Chicken Meal because it comes with a generous portion of fries and a small side that you can choose. Fried Chicken is juicy, but on the salty side. Staff is friendly, and service is fast. There are no tables, so you have to take out. Prices are reasonable. It's a good alternative to Church's or Popeyes.

Last week was the first time I’ve ever went to Broasters, a couple people told me to try it out, so figured I would. The food was extremely spicy, even for jerk chicken. I have tried almost every place in brantford now, rice and peas was dry, coleslaw tasted like it was pure vinegar. The lady who served me was cold and not very friendly, didn’t even smile back at me, it looked like she was pissed right off both times when I went to order and then came back to get my food. Not sure which was worse the food, or the customer service. Definitely won’t be coming back here nor would I recommend to anyone.**Edit** and then the owner replied back with “Thanks for your one time support Sorry food wasn't to your liking and you didn't get a smile she was smiling on the inside..” .. doesn’t try to correct any concerns or issues and actually stands up for his rude employees. No wonder the customer service is bad, the owner isn’t any better.

I ordered a 15 piece all dark meat and the fact it cost $35 wasn’t the issue the fact that most of it was chicken wing drums was awful and so dry, I’ve had it before and was satisfied, I will never have that chicken again, it was a total turn off.

This is the only place in town that I'll order stewed chicken, oxtail etc. from. I've tried most in town and nothing is as close to the real deal as here. The oxtail and curry anything is so delicious and the prices are very reasonable. Love a good dinner from here.

Tried Broasters for the first time. I had the 5 piece chicken dinner with fries, and a pound of wings. Was I ever shocked, their food was amazing and the portions were great. Good bang for your buck. I definitely found my new go too chicken spot.

I was recommended by a couple friends to give Broaster's a try. So I decided to go earlier today and order some food and man, I must say I was impressed. The ox tail was phenomenal, as was the fried chicken. I'm somewhat disappointed in myself for only finding out about this gem recently. You can count me in as a customer for life.
