I order a allo tikki burger which is mentioned that it would be potato and veggies i found soya tikki in burgers spoiled my taste it was cold and melted. Don’t recommend

We ordered almost 100$ worth of food today and it was made half wrong. My wife called to get them to correct it and they hung up on her. When she went there in person they argued with me that they had only made what was on their system, but the system obviously incorrect and I had the online receipt to prove it. They continued to argue but it wasn’t about who was right at that point…I just wanted it to get corrected so that I could feed my family. After 30 min of back and forth they her and tried to add the toppings on the naked chicken and burger they made incorrectly that were now cold because they didn’t even remake them they tried to add the toppings to the original burgers! I asked them to remake them from scratch and again the back and forth began.
I don’t think I’ve ever had such terrible customer service. I sent a complaint to Burger Factory…let’s see what happens after that. The food is decent but based on this experience I will never order food from this location again. You’d think after spending that kind of money they would try and correct the problem. They weren’t premium toppings…just the free ones…and one would think I was trying to rob them. I just wanted it fixed. Horrible experience won’t be back.
P.S- the bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever been in…

Finally found the fun place where I can hangout wid frnds and have fav meal. The staff is also fun and friendly enjoyed my time . Thnx “jaspreet” one of the employee there. 😍😇

First and last time eating from here. Nashville burger was two anemic tenders and gross sugary sauce. The Juicy lucy was sad and thin, cold, and had almost no cheese inside..not even melted. The highlight of the meal was the jalapeno poppers and id still only give them a 6/10.

Their burgers are absolutely delicious! Highly recommend going there! Also, their Wi-Fi network isn't public, but they are kind enough to enter the password for you!

I have been there twice and each time I have been overcharged by $10 / $20 more than my items, the cash person tried to give a lame excuse. lucky I caught it before I paid

Food is freshly made and very deliciouse. Place is very clean.
I love burgers. I eat burgers at least twice a week. I had the worst burger of my life here no cap. Super dry and cold burger. Very dry no taste and too much sauce on top. Not recommended.

We were served by jhag and had a big order. He was working alone front and back of restaurant but great service, great food, good timing!

Ordered ahead to be able to pick up and go. Arrive 35 minutes later (was told to come in 30) When I arrive they hadn’t even started making the order yet (there were 3 people in the building, so was not busy at all) They proceed to make the order and screwed up the sides. The server insisted that I wait so she can correct it, I chose not to as I already had to wait 15 minutes for the food. She says it will take 1 minute (It takes 5 to cook the items)
I then contacted customer service and never heard a thing.
This place will suffer with all the other good burger options in town now
