If I could give this place a zero, I would!!! I experienced very unprofessional and rude customer service at this location. On two occasions, I had two different mobile orders in which I received email confirmation receipts for both orders. The “managers” refused to honour my orders because she claims she didn’t receive it on her system. I provided the proof of receipt and they flatly told me “the next time I place a mobile order, they will not honour it if they have not received the order on their end. This is outrageous! I paid for my food in advance and they blatantly told me they don’t care and will not fulfill the order. The managers need to be replaced with actual professionals. They do not have any class nor quality management. As a customer, I should not be penalized for your company’s system glitch. I will be escalating this matter to the Burger King ombudsman.

Absolute amazing experience.. came around 6pm drive through after a long day on Thursday dude at the window super nice. The food tasted so great! I have been to bk often but this one really stood out. I never knew BK was this good? Dunno if it was the chad’s in the kitchen or what but yall made my day.
