Staff was pleasant. Food is not what it used to be. I ordered a large shrimp burrito. It was the size of a small. They don’t have their regular hot sauce anymore. Instead they have pineapple hot sauce. The lettuce was rusted. Tomato’s were either mushy or white cores. Cilantro was wilted. My wife ordered the shrimp quesadilla. They didn’t cook it long enough and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. When she went back and had it fixed they melted the cheese this time but the cheese is low quality and very very greasy and looks really fake. We won’t be back to this location

Interacted with the staff and they are really friendly and great service. They offered free nachos chips to my little kid. Good service, good atmosphere, positive vibes. Highly recommended.

I just want to say I love the burrito boyz chain , been going there for years even back when they were only in Toronto. Today got a burrito for lunch. First thing I noticed lettuce in toppings area looked pretty tired and brown on the edges. I went to the washroom saw on the cleaning chart no cleaning end of shift night before and you could tell. That stuff was concerning but what really pushed me to make a review was once eating the burrito part way though I bite down on something really hard and out comes this chunk of plastic… I don’t usually leave bad reviews and I mean well for this business but Brantford location you really may want to take a look at your quality and cleaning policies. I won’t be back to your location. Many others around that are clean and fresh.

I must need to acknowledge the service I received while having a Burrito! All the employees were welcoming and friendly towards customers. Area was clean and well maintained! I will go regularly with my friends to have a great Burrito again at the same place.
The workers have zero regard for health and safety! Employee picked his nose multiple times with his bare then decided to touch my ready to eat food with it and when I said was your hands and I need fresh food didn’t understand how what he did was wrong. And to top it off not a single hair net in sight and hair sticking out on all sides of their hats. There’s a reason this place has changed hands multiple times

Do not go here!!! I don’t even know if the meat is meat.. there is white fuzzy stuff all over it and has the worst smell. This is supposed to be steak.. didn’t even take a bite in fear of getting sick!
