Great place for an affordable meal that tastes great and the staff is amazing, you do not have to wait for service... place looks great and the washrooms are clean. The only negative for me, and this may not affect others, is that it does get really loud at certain times... thats not the restaurants fault, it's because they're busy, which should tell you something.... half priced apps after 9, beer deals and specials are other reasons to check them out...

Absolutely terrible food and location. Service was 1/10, didn’t even give cutlery or tissues. Drinks were not right, pointed out the picture from last time and website and they said no it doesn’t come with chilli lime crust for margarita, calamari and other fried things were just tasting like oxidized oil. It was simply foul and unethical to service us black oil fried food, I get it it’s cheap. But we are not dogs, don’t feed us the same.

First time coming here and was very pleased with the service. Server was very nice. Came during happy hour and was able to get half off appetizers. Prices were very reasonable especially for portion size. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Dining at Chucks was a delightful experience. The food was exceptional, the staff attentive, and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommended!

Came in with 3 boys who wanted to watch Jay's game. Went to sit at a table and some rude Asian dude told us we had to wait and then sat is in a corner with one TV. Asked the server if we could change the news channel to Jays game and she was told that we couldn't change it right now.
I will never be back to this location. Thanks for making our experience so memorable.

We just left Chucks. The food was good. The server was AMAZING!!!!!! We never met a server so happy and making us feel relaxed. Her name was Naomi. Please let her know how amazing she is. We will be back. Ty

Me and my boyfriend went there and the food was amazing our waitress was very kind her name is serria. The beer was nice and cold and there summer cocktail was very yummy. We had steak and sweet potato fries were perfect.

Chuck’s Roadhouse has demonstrated some deeply concerning food handling practices that not only violate basic health codes but also show a disregard for customer safety. There have been disturbing incidents reported, including staff picking up pasta that had fallen onto the floor and continuing to use it in dishes served to customers. This blatant contamination poses serious risks and reflects a lack of proper food safety training and supervision. Furthermore, the restaurant has been known to neglect changing the oil used for frying, resulting in food cooked in old, dirty oil that can degrade the taste and quality while potentially producing harmful compounds. Perhaps most alarming is the practice of leaving raw chicken sitting in a sink under cold running water, directly beside piles of dirty dishes. This setup creates a breeding ground for cross-contamination, where harmful bacteria from the raw poultry can easily spread to other surfaces and utensils. These unsanitary conditions and careless procedures suggest a systemic issue with food safety standards at Chuck’s Roadhouse, and they raise serious concerns about the health and well-being of anyone who dines there.

Very small portions. Tea is $3 a coffee is $3. I got a chicken club sandwich on a bun about half the size of my fist of the size of my fist.
I get it it's all about profit. When you pay 55 bucks for lunch and you leave hungry. Not much sense in considering it for a second visit. This is a Roadhouse that want to sell your beer I'll say this the young woman who looked after us was stellar she was run off her feet and did the best job she could.
I'm only one person and this is just my opinion never judge anything solely on what you read experience it for yourself and then see if this is a good fit for you.
