So I was here twice and first time was okay ordering drinks and meeting people as fun… Service at the bar needs improvement BIG TIME…. GOT ANNOYED I GUESS BY ME ASKING FOR DRINKS … Then Cut me off !!!! She said to me not to be so NEEDY THIS TIME….. IM SORRY BUT IF I NEEEEED A DRINK SERVE IT …. WHATS THE ISSUE???? WONT RETURN DONT RECOMMEND

I ordered the 10 Oz New York Strip loin through Uber and paid $40, only to bite into it and chew for hours on end because the cut of the meat was atrocious! I thought maybe it was just a pocket of fat and the meat is better elsewhere, guess again, the ENTIRE steak was like that. I'm a firm believer of not letting food go to waste so I had to carve out 5 hours of my day to chew a 10oz slab of fat. It was supposed to be medium rare. Judge for yourself

Went there to watch the leafs game and as soon as we arrived our waitress was almost annoyed we were there. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and food, sat there to watch the leafs game like everyone else on the bar side. Everytime we would order another drink our server rolled her eyes or made a disgusted face, even yelled “ugh can’t hear you”. We thought maybe she was just having a rough night.. but seemed to be smiley and kind to the other booths next to us? When we got our bills she came back in a hough and angrily threw the mints on the table.. maybe because we’re younger she thought we wouldn’t tip?? We did anyway after the rude service. Every other server we’ve had there has always been pleasant.

Was sat and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to our table and nothing. Several waitresses walked by us and still no service. When leaving we told the hostess we’ve leaving due to no service after 10 minutes were simply told “okay”. definitely will not be coming back.

The service was amazing. The hostess was very much dismissive to the fact that we had a reservation. This caused a wee bit of confusion for the other part of our group. There was a VERY nasty customer but the staff pulled together to help the waitress. Our waitress was amazing, food was incredible.
