Waited 15 minutes for skipthedishes order pickup
The single employee working was doing their best and very friendly consider the situation. It was a Saturday evening on a beautiful summer day. The line up of customers was very long and a few people left. Just hire another employee to help your business so you're not losing customers. Will return to see if it improves.
Either under staffed or poor staff. 20 mins to make 4 small blizzards. Everytime I come here it takes forver, ruins the experience
Ordered their new dipped strawberry cheesecake a couple nights ago and they didn’t even put in any of the cheesecake ):
My banana split was awful. Fake white goop that sits atop the ice cream is horrible. Very little ice
cream actually. The liquid from the pineapple and strawberries made everything watery. The bananas were delicious though. They only do credit or debit, mo cash which is annoying.
It may be under new ownership but wow, horrible service, lack of people working just generally brutal. We stopped to buy a cake and gave up. One person working, 4 people waiting. Stay away.
Go to Dueys.
One star is a push.
I was waiting in line (in-person) for 20 minutes, then finally left and went in the drive-thru to wait another 10 minutes. There were two people working from what I could see. Writing the review while still in the drive-thru. Hire more people!!
So expensive. Most of the time the blizzards are great, but sometimes they aren't even mixed and are very runny.
I do love their brownie explosion blizzard. But I always ask for extra brownies or it has wayyy too many chocolate flakes in it and barely any brownies
Stood in line for about 40 minutes while they had a new kid covering all of the walk in orders. He moved so slow, made mistake after mistake, no sense of urgency. No respect for the patrons or their time.
The young staff members at this specific Dairy Queen are extremely rude. My mum and I had been standing at the order counter waiting for someone to come take our order, and a young staff member was doing things at said counter, but completely ignoring us. We were standing right at the counter, looking at her, waiting, and she didn’t even look up at us. I had been making eye contact with staff in the back, and they had also completely ignored our presence. I understand if she is doing an important task, but an “I’ll be right with you” is more than sufficient. She knew we were standing there, we were standing a directly in front of her. After a MINUTE or two of this, she looked up with a miserable face and just said “Hi” in a monotone, sighing voice. The next and last thing she said to us was “38.50,” to which we paid and left. She walked away with no “goodbye,” “have a nice day,” “enjoy,” and not even a response to our “have a good day.” Nothing. This interaction just made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience to her, and she definitely makes sure every customer knows she hates her job. There was one gentleman working at this location who was very kind and helpful, but all of the young staff members are snotty and rude.

Ordered 2 banana splits paid than was told l could only have 1 due to no bananas. I than got a parfait that l really didn't want but since l waited so long l agreed. Waited over 30 minutes for my order than l didn't get a spoon for my banana split which now is melting. I will never go to this one again the organization of the staff is terrible
Disappointment
Says open to 10pm went at 920pm door was locked employee mouthed they were closed
Absolutely terrible.
Waited for 10 minutes for 4 items
Was served the only blizzard I ordered and it was not flipped. I inquired about the rule they have in place “served upside down or it’s free” and she said “some times we do and sometimes we don’t” and closed the window. Other locations have honored this rule, first time I’ve been to one and they haven’t. I will not be back.
When we got there, hadn’t realized they only sell hot dogs and pretzel sticks at this location. Was hoping for chicken tenders so was disappointed. My son ordered a cheese hot dog and it came with a bunch of mustard, this is not indicated anywhere when you order it. Then my kids wanted slushies when leaving, and the machine was broken. Really not a great experience at all.
