Shrinking ice cream sizes, increasing prices. Staff just makes it the way they want. Not really any customer service. No greeting, no thanks for coming. Just what can I get you , okay your price is. Once the proffered ice cream go to place. Now drop in once in awhile.

Was at the front of a growing line while 3 of the girls inside were only using one window and staring out at everyone. We waited 20 minutes until we left empty handed.

This place is the worst for birthday cakes....they do not know how to use their printer for cakes. They do not know how to size their photos on cakes ..they have the equipment but don't know how to use it ..if you send them a picture for a cake they will definitely not be able to put it on the cake and will crop it to half. Buyer beware
Both times I’ve ordered a cake from them this past year, the young girl on the phone has been so sweet and accommodating. Also, the cakes were exactly what we asked for. Great customer service from my experience!
Other details about this location: Also, there’s lots of parking and a few picnic tables to sit and eat at if you’re looking to go for ice cream. No drive-thru and no store front, as it’s a walk-up window only. They do have pre-made cakes if you’re needing one last minute.

Was really looking forward to trying the new peach cobbler blizzard. Was pretty choked. Good customer service though. She was very calm n polite when explaining they only accept bank cards n credit cards

This is a walk up window only, and there’s some picnic tables available. Lots of parking at this corner. Note: They do not accept cash at this DQ, and it’s only treats available, no hot food. Went on their throw back Wednesdays which currently offers $3.99 Banana Splits or Peanut Buster Parfaits, which is an awesome deal considering how costly they are the rest of the week. They got our Peanut Buster Parfaits half right…there’s no hot fudge or nuts on one side due to the amount of ice cream served…not a complaint because hey, it’s ice cream! Will definitely be returning to this location.

This is to be a turtle blizzard. Looks plane. I’ve had this many times never look like this. The young girl told me this is how it is was not happy first Saturday in May at 4 o’clock and I was looking forward to having something that I really enjoyed not this.
