Shrinking ice cream sizes, increasing prices. Staff just makes it the way they want. Not really any customer service. No greeting, no thanks for coming. Just what can I get you , okay your price is. Once the proffered ice cream go to place. Now drop in once in awhile.

Both times I’ve ordered a cake from them this past year, the young girl on the phone has been so sweet and accommodating. Also, the cakes were exactly what we asked for. Great customer service from my experience!

Showed up for first time ever in brantford, get told they don't even accept cash, yea I could of went n put cash into My bank but currently I have no card accessible so I couldn't even do that. Was really looking forward to trying the new peach cobbler blizzard. Was pretty choked. Good customer service though. She was very calm n polite when explaining they only accept bank cards n credit cards
