I showed up at the Colborne St location this morning at 10am, as online it says it’s open at 10am. Disappointed to find out they don’t really open until 11am. Have had to change my plans on what I was doing for my son’s birthday today. Was going to buy a cake or a box of bars. Disappointed.

Last week I had p/u a bday cake for My Baby Alaska (dog) & bc of miscommunication I got the wrong cake full of chocolate. The humans got to enjoy that but, not the bday girl). I then had been speaking to Brittany & she went above & beyond making a new all white ice cream cake for Alaska even changing up the deco from 1st cake:) Brittany called back following day to confirm spelling of the name & then it was ready for p/u!! Alaska & I Appreciate you Brittany

My friend and I each had a small Blizzard on Tuesday evening, July 29 2024. While we both enjoyed the treats, we were both sick to our stomachs through the night. We both attempted to contact the manager of the store to advise them of this experience to no avail. For information, no one else in our circle, including her husband and mutual friends from our card group who we had soent the evening with, became sick so we can only conclude it was something in our ice cream.

Refused service at 930 as they were closing. May as well change the posted hours then. Does management expect the kids to leave at 10pm on the dot? Are the kids taking advantage of an employer? Either way left disappointed I couldn't give you a high price for a low quality treat. I didn't miss out. The ownership did. Went to circle k and grabbed a tub of ice cream for the price of 1.5 dq treats... Good job team!

I’ve attached a photo of the sign that was up in their window tonight when I went (July 29th, 2024). With their google hours I was under the impression that we were arriving with plenty of time. We got up to the line at 9:05 and there were 3 employees working. There was still 25 minutes until they closed. They shut off the internal lights at 9:10. Two of the employees disappeared to the back and were not helping the poor person at the till (who also had to get orders). They shut off the outside lights at 9:15 with *at least* 10 people in line. So to the owner of this DQ- if you’re staying open until 9:30, then please pay your staff extra at the end of their shift so that they can serve people up until a more reasonable time and keep the team together instead of leaving the poor soul to take on all of those people’s orders. I get that the two probably went to the back to clean up, but they wouldn’t feel the need to split up if they were given a few extra minutes (paid!!) to clean up after your official closing hours. Also for a pricing heads up for anyone who would appreciate it- a medium Reese blizzard cost less than 10$. A box of 6 Dilly Bars was over 20$, which weirdly enough was not listed on their boards. Could only see the price for one non-lactose Dilly Bar. Lastly, be prepared to be eaten alive by mosquitoes.
It's worth noting they don't take cash and they don't participate in the DQ app promotions. Also, their hours keep changing, e.g. I updated their hours two weeks ago to match the sign. Now they have changed again. Just please don't take it out on the staff if you arrive after closing and they can't serve you. It's not their fault.

Great place for a Frozen treat ..My only critique is that the Brantford locations of Dairy Queen have not moved forward with the app promotions, coupons and rewards.It's time to join your competitors and start supporting the DQ app. I shouldn't have to travel to Ancaster or Cambridge.
