Tried to order a cake for a birthday. Went into the store in Brantford at 9 am and the worker said for me to order online, website says pick up in all locations but only available in Kitchener and Waterloo and doesn’t offer cakes. The worker said the manager would call me and took my cell phone and work number. I asked twice if I would get a call today and she said yes. No call. Sent an instagram DM, no activity since June and not even opened. Sent an email as well mid day....
The donuts here are pretty good but this shop is usually not open for very long and if it is there is usually only about 2 different kind of donuts left over, I always have to have a plan B if I come here because they might only have 2 kinds of donuts or are completely sold out, the staff are kind nothing against them, the donuts are yummy but I'm always so disappointed when I see that they're all sold out.
I happened to be in the area today, and popped in to try a doughnut. I'd been meaning too, but these doughnuts are so popular that they sell out fast!
And now I know why!
I'm not sure what the name of the doughnut was, but it seemed like a Dutchie base with whipped cream and raspberry jam on top.
