Absolutely horrible Pizza. The PAN Pizza was not cooked properly. The dough was still raw. It was not even appetizing to the eye when you open the box. The brownies were overcooked and dry. The Pizza was cold when I called to complain. She did nothing to help me in any way other than to tell me that Pan pizza comes half cooked. We have ordered from this location for a few years now. Never had a problem. But I would have expected more like, can I replace your Pizza? Or can I send you coupons? But there was absolutely no remorse from the company at all. So I guess the customer isn't always right anymore.

I usually enjoy Domino’s, but this experience was very disappointing. My order was for extra cheese, yet I received a regular cheese pizza. On pickup, instead of placing it in the heated rack, it was left on a stool, which didn’t feel hygienic. When I called the store to address it, the response was rude and unhelpful, and the call was even cut off. I hope management can improve the service and train staff to handle customer concerns more professionally.

We have been going to Domino’s since 2017 and really haven’t been disappointed very much. Guess by returning over this period of time is a testament to how they are doing. Staff are friendly and service is quick.
