The drivers at the Charing Cross location seem to think that the road is a racetrack. I live nearby so I see them around all the time. The entire street is a school zone and is used heavily for pedestrian traffic, mostly children. These drivers routinely move at unsafe speeds, tailgate cars who have responsible drivers, and don't bother with turn signals. I encourage the police to give these drivers their full attention. Considering all this, I feel that rating their products is moot.
