I'm sitting in Dueys right now and I had to come in here and make a post. The ice cream and customer service is always great here but tonight it was especially on point. I'm not sure what the young man's name was but as soon as we entered we were greeted and asked if we knew what we would like. He had a great attitude. We were also offered samples and as I was with two smaller children they of course wanted a couple samples. The young man happily obliged. It's always nice when I receive excellent customer service but when I feel like my kids are taken care of too it adds an extra level of care that is certainly appreciated. Thank you to the young man working tonight and great work Dueys on employing some pretty wonderful young ppl. Well done!

Amazing ice cream shop. Massive scoops, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and decent amount of outdoor seating. Staff are very respectful of individuals with allergies, and do their best to avoid cross contamination.
