Be aware the people at window take your money after you order hand your food out then say you didn't order that and sit there and argue with you till you get pissed off and leave 3 people have experienced this from this location in last 2 months never going back

This place makes the best strawberry milkshakes! And the cheeseburgers I liked better than McDonald's. It's a drive-thru stop only with no available dining.
We purchased a hamburger and a cheese burger through drive-thru. The hamburger had one pickle slice, and it was the end of the pickle. We don't generally do fast food, but so far, McDonald's is looking better. That doesn't say much for Fast Eddie's.

Just gone throw the drive throw at 1025 and it was close. On the website it said it close at 11.00. Not very happy with the customer service.

I believe his name is chirard . ??? He was one of the best people I have ever had the experience with at a drive through ! He was brilliant !!! Polite informative and extremely helpful. I will be calling head office to express my appreciation for such a positive experience !!!!!!!!
Went for the 1st time in years for a regular chocolate shake . Barley chocolate and EXPIRED DAIRY ! Admittedly took a couple sips to figure out but damb , opened it up , all chunky and gross ? Back to avoiding fast Eddie's lol GFL ?

The last few times I have gone here to food quality is horrible and so inconsistent. Fries are old and hard I ask for new ones and they told me they were fine, burgers barely looked cooked . Horrible customer service so rude . Totally waste of money

We waited in the second drive-through lane for five minutes without any response, rain pouring in through the window. After observing cars smoothly pass through the other lane, we switched over. When we reached the window I inquired if the other side was operational. The manager tersely replied, 'No,' and when I suggested placing a pylon she said it wasn't possible because of deliveries from that side. I then questioned how customers would know it's not working, to which the manager rudely replied, 'If you wait there long enough and no one helps you, you'll know then.' This response was worse than any restaurant or fast-food establishment to date. Unfortunately, after this exchange, the manager abruptly closed the window and walked away. If you're seeking mistreatment for voicing a reasonable concern, this establishment seems to be the place to experience it.
