Original Fast food just died.... 25 years or more of good food slowly went down to poop... first pickle fries went to seasoning salt... from actual pickle chunks.. some kids probably wont remember that... then the chilli changed to some red sauce... still made it .. now we have soggy uncooked crazy fry of a joke in a box... just too bad... whats next.???

Person who offered to take my order sounded like it was an inconvenience which was odd since I only had I customer ahead of me and they had already ordered. That customer was ahead of me in the drive thru which I found strange because they were not in the vehicle and this store has a walk up window. The only things positive about this visit were that their usually mediocre cheeseburgers were no less than that and the gentleman at the window was polite and efficient. He gets 5 out of 5.
They recently changed their pickle salt on their pickle fries. I don't know if they have tried it themselves, but they should stop selling it. Dill pickle is supposed to be sour, yet this stuff is bitter, really bitter. I will not be ordering pickle fries from them again, as people have complained in the past, and they said they got rid of it and went back to the old seasoning. But once again, I've bitten into a fry full of bitterness and realized it's the same damn seasoning that not only me but dozens of other customers complained about, so much for listening to customer feedback. I'm not impressed. I'll still order your burgers and regular fries, but I don't trust your pickle fries any longer. Eighteen dollars completely wasted for two burgers and a bitter pickle fry that should taste sour.
