Ordered on Uber 2 for 1 they just butchered the order paid for queso, didn't get it and the rest of the toppings, I have no idea what happend there. The employees could quite possibly could have been on the rock, at minimim smoked a rocket out back before shift. I've been into the store and it's great but I wouldn't uber from them. Junk.

Just ordered for delivery through UberEats and the chicken is so clearly raw.

I accidentally posted this to the King George location. It was Colborne St that I received the order. I did email them so hopefully they can get back in touch.

I only gave 1 because there was no 0. I ordered a roasted chicken bowl and he tried charging me for shrimp. Then I was trying to ask if they put cilantro in guacamole and before I finished my question he put a hand FULL of it on my bowl. He could not speak much English. My partner ordered a nacho and it tasted rotten. The restaurant was dirty tables in cleaned
We won’t be going back ever. I didn’t want cilantro because I am allergic. Picked off what I could. It was a horrible lunch for both of us!!!!!!

Disappointing. This was my favourite burrito place in the city, I was there about twice a week. Seems like they have many new workers and portion sizes are now very small. They also only have one person working which is not enough considering the amount of Uber eats orders that they have to make while trying to provide service to in store customers. Time to find a new burrito spot.

Employee refused to serve me and told me they are closed, despite the sign on their door showing they are open until midnight.
She told me that they closed at 11:30pm, and told my friend that the store closed at 11pm.

We ordered two “BIG” Burritos last night on delivery and there was barely anything inside them. I understand food prices are high but when we’re spending $30 on two burritos we shouldn’t just be tasting bread and rice. Honestly they were gross and I probably won’t be coming back. I’ve never had this issue with Mucho or even Burrito Boyz, this is a first and I regret trying out a new establishment.

Ordered a large burrito for delivery through their website a few weeks ago and I never received it. The restaurant said they couldn’t issue me a refund because I ordered via their website. I contacted their main office and all I received back was a coupon for a small burrito. I was never refunded for a large burrito and the delivery fees. There is no phone number for their head office and communication via their website takes many days…

Great food great value. We always order the burrito special which gives us 2 burritos and 2 drinks for under $20 with no extra charges for things like guacamole. Thank you Chintan for the friendly, fast service and great burritos much appreciated

The guy working alone was the best employee! I had a large order that was not working online. He worked with me in store and was very accommodating and helpful! Best burritos and even better service!
