Asked Marc if he could supply roasted chicken and beef for party of 40 people. Chicken was tender. Beef perfectly medium rare even on reheating. ( which instructions were clearly indicated) . Thank you for making our day simpler and providing delicious food!

We also got a charcuterie board for Christmas Eve snacks and it was so well done. Can’t wait for the truck to open!! ??
