Ordered a spicy lemongrass soup. No other customers in the store and still had to wait. Added chicken to my soup and got 2 small pieces. The soup wasn’t even warm and the noodles were not cooked at all. This is the second time in 3 weeks that there’s been an issue with my order. Not to mention the store was completely dead- half of the store had water all over the store front. No wet floor sign and none of the employees doing anything about it and it looked like it had been sitting there for a while and nothing being done. Not sure if this location has switched owners or management but it just seems to be getting worse in there. Been coming to this location for 4 years and it was always mediocre for the most part but lately it’s just not tolerable anymore.

i usually love freshii as it’s one of few places where i can be accommodated for my severe gluten allergy. however, i had a recent encounter that was rather frustrating. the employees serving me had zero concept of what gluten was, let alone a gluten allergy. it’s very difficult to advocate for yourself when it comes to allergies — and i feel bad for getting assertive — but i’m now hesitant to eat my order because i don’t know if it was prepared adequately. i also asked for a specific ingredient not to be included multiple times since i couldn’t confirm if it contained gluten, and the employee continued to place it on. after being told by the other employee to not give it to me since i didn’t ask for that ingredient, she proceeded to give me the order WITH that ingredient. i politely ask management to please make sure your employees (at least 1 on duty) has an understanding of these allergies.

Management needs to make sure that staff know what they are doing. People only have a limited time for lunch and don't have 30 min to wait for a bowl of ingredients to be thrown together.

Can't remove items from bowls to make them for dietarily friendly. Then they require you to pay full price despite removing multiple ingredients. I'd understand if items were added. But this just poor service. Applies to delivery apps as well. I'd love to be a patron of this place but their in house service and delivery is garbage.

Went to Freshii for a chicken teriyaki bowl to be treated very rudely, and was given a bowl with no chicken and watered down/a soupy amount of sauce. When I returned to freshii to politely ask for chicken, the employee was agitated and unpleasant. Additionally the employee made quite the stink about the fact that I was asking for the bowl to be fixed/remade. On top of that I paid for the chicken prior to adding it on top of my already returned bowl. Over-priced and bad service - will not return.

Just one guy running the entire store. He had a big order and asked me to wait 10 mins. I didn’t mind and waited. Once he was done he started attending another customer who came much after me. I expressed my displeasure. He smirked and continued to server the other guy instead of correcting his mistake. I felt disrespected and left. Will never go to this outlet again. You’ve lost my business forever.

Terrible customer service, I ordered a harvest bowl and a pumpkin smoothie, it cost $29 for lunch. I get home with my lunch, and there is no chicken on my harvest bowl that I paid extra for.
I called to let them know, and request a refund for the chicken. And they said they cant do that. They said next time I come in they will give the refund. How is it that they can charge my card, but cant refund my card?

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. As I was leaving the store the other day I accidentally dropped my smoothie jn the store and when I asked the barista to make me a new one she said “you paid for it its your food” so I stood there dumbfounded until she made me another one but with a complete attitude. When she gave me the smoothie I said thank you very much but you need to work on your customer service skills to which she replied “its a $7 smoothie”. That $7 now cost you a longstanding customer. Hope it was worth it. Could have been a little kind!
