I have ordered Panzerottis from Gigis for years. My delivery order of 3 large Panzerottis tonight was extremely disappointing. All 3 were very overcooked/burnt. I called to complain, the answer was, " they are timed, they are not burnt. They just didn't sit to get softened up. If we make new ones you'll just get the same thing." She was completely unhelpful and disagreed with me when I described colour and taste. Sad to say after many, many years of patronage I will not be ordering from here again.

Never had Gigi’s before and a friend of mine recommend it so this is an honest first time review. Ordered 2 large pizzas with dips. Not sure if it was the pizza or the dip but oh boy… I had 1 slice of this pizza and it was like a bomb went off in my stomach. Had severe diarrhea for the last 2 days straight and had to call into work today because my stomach is still messed up from this pizza. Probably will have to go to the walk in and see what the heck is going on. Not sure if maybe the dip they gave us was expired or something was wrong with the pizza, but this pizza took me out. Would not recommend unless you want to be strapped to the toilet. Won’t be getting food from here again.

I am absolutely ? disgusted ? by this so called Panzerotti that my husband and I ordered from Gigi’s pizza…. My husband and I have been ordering from them since 1992… this is the last time since I spoke with the owner Lisa and she said that she was the one who prepared our order… we have been ordering the same thing two medium deluxe Panzerottis…. Not a drop of sauce on either of them….will never ? return and don’t seem to want to rectify it shame shame on you as a business owner ?????

Best PANZEROTTI in all of Brantford deep fried ....only place to buy the difference is the reason not baked trust and enjoy once you experience you'll know why a true gem of Brantford one of Brantford's oldest pizza shops my thoughts are why havent expanded yet i would love just to see doughballs pizza sauce and cheese in bowl messy but fun.

I ordered three Panzarottis for 3 separate people. Staff put two Panzarottis in one box. Hubby asked to have a separate box. They said, “Yes, for $2” What? Why? They would not budge. I don’t get it! Three Panzarottis going in three separate homes. Unheard of. Just dumb. ?? Total Inconvenience!

We wanted to try a new pizza place outside our norm. Very disappointed, out of 5 of us who ate it, 4 of us thought it was absolutely disgusting. Toppings fell right off the pizza. The crust was so hard, sauce tasted weird.
I'm not too sure if this is the norm for this place, but we definitely won't be returning.
Just always been an awesome place to go. Great food and it’s always been like that. I’ve been going for over 20 years.
