From the start, Marschal and his team were great at answering questions promptly and professionally, and at accommodating dietary requirements. Working with Marschal and his team was probably the least stressful part of planning our party. Their service was prompt and practically invisible…we hardly knew they were there! The food was abundant, fresh, tasty, and so beautifully presented. We would have no hesitation hiring Giles Catering again.

Amazing salads for a golf tournament! They made all the salads in big tin containers and had dressings included. All I needed to do was mix them up prior to serving. I couldn’t have made them for the price I paid, and got lots of compliments. Will definitely use them again even for smaller family gatherings. Thank you Giles catering!
