Worst experience ever. Ordered dinner for two and ALL food was cold. The cheese wouldn’t even melt on the burgers. The store was empty. You could tell the food had been cooked and sitting out for some time. Several people came in after us and they all received their food immediately. Which means there was a lot more cold food sitting in the back. It was absolutely awful. When I spend that kind of money I expect fresh food. This has never happened before at this location. Extremely disappointed.

Waited quite some time like 10 min almost left they were much more worried about the drive thru by the time we reminded him to make the shakes the onion rings were cold and the burgers sat for awhile hopefully when we get to them they are warm when I said the onion rings are cold he said have a good night
