Absolutely lovely cashier, super kind and very easy to chat with. Food came out nice and quick, even with drive thru orders coming through. Amazing onion rings and a very quiet restaurant. Definitely love coming here with my easy ketchup and cheese orders:) one of the best fast food places in Brantford.

Went to drive through , order original combo with poutine and apple pie paid for it , ended up getting my burger and regular fry no apple pie ordered root beer well got coke , call store numerous times no answer finally they answer pick up the phone then hang up before I could say a word

Staff always mess up my order. Always missing something. It has been a bad experience whenever I visit for late night dinner. Night staff is not friendly at all and no customer service. Its been 4-5 times now. I go to henry st or in Hamilton Harveys those guys are so good with service. These guys should be trained for customer service.
