We ordered so many times before but today would be the last doe to customer service and their tendency to rob people without providing what they charge for. We were charged for bag and cutlery which was denied and we never received. When called back supervisor was rude, denied providing name and girls' name on the receipt she said not working there,they are just using her name. They also charge for container for dressing but never offered other options. I am not sure if they intend to provide food in hand or what???? Freshii is way better and cheaper and at least we don't have to deal with rude employees just like yours.

Food is good. My Go to place since over 3 years. This time got disappointed as they charge me for the things they didn't give me. When I call, the person said she apologized, but nothing she can do. So she handover the call to supervisor, and supervisor doesn't know how to talk to the customer. She denied giving me her name. So I said I have the name of the server on the receipt- Aliyah. Supervisor said, there is No person with such name. In that case, you are misusing someone's name without authorization. When I said now it's my last time, Supervisor said, she doesn't care if I don't go there again. This kind of employee ruin the business. Owner, be aware what's happening in the store.

First Rate option for vegetarians and vegans. They also have meat options. Kombucha on tap. There is a sunroom with open windows and a lovely breeze. Would go back all the time if I lived here.

This is a cute little cafe offering healthy and mostly vegans options including bowls, burritos, mac and cheese as well as chili and chips, and vegan desserts. Perfect place to sit and drink a tea or coffee after a meal and relax.

Been to the rabbit a few times. The bowls are fantastic, the burritos are great. Not 100% vegan but sure have close to it. The dining in, is very vintage style, they have an outdoor patio, parking in the back. Great location. Gotta try them out.

I had a really off-putting experience tonight.
I decided to order a burrito for my lunch break - so I had called in a pickup order an hour before closing. They were out of rice for my burrito - which normally wouldn't be an issue - but instead of calling me back they waited until I got there (40 minutes later) to tell me. I didn't have time to wait for them to make my order (it's why I called and pre-ordered it) and especially not for something I didn't really want because they'd have to swap the rice for something different.
The woman who served me was rude, just straight up rude. She misunderstood my question (How long would the wrap take to make) and thought I said "How long would it take to make more rice" and snapped at me and said "We're closing. We aren't making anymore rice." I corrected the confusion and she was still rude. Totally unwarranted.
I feel like if they had 40 minutes to prepare my order, that would have been more than enough time to make the rice anyways, but the substitution wasn't really the issue, it was how I was treated.
I totally felt like I was a burden and unwelcome in this business, which is a shame because their food is really good.

The food is quite good. Of the 6 times we have visited we got what we wanted 3 times. Consistently run out of staples for the dishes like rice. I can appreciate their desire to optimize but my goodness, make a little extra rice can you.
