Tried this place today for the first time, my smoothie was absolutely amazing. I was almost disturbed by how good it was. Was kinda sad when I finished it. Will certainly order again.

I came in to pick up a snack, a side of the delicious, sweet potato wedges, which are an add-on for some meals and an ingredient in other items. I’ve had them as a side before, and know that they exist (unless they are sold out). I waited for a few minutes, and the person behind the counter saw that I was there, didn’t acknowledge me, or say anything, not even hold on a second we’re busy. The restaurant was not packed, but nevertheless, I waited. It looked like they were in a very bad mood, and after a few minutes, I politely said hi, with a smile on my face. They rolled their eyes and put down what was in their hand and in what could be described as an“I’m over it” voice said “what can I get you?” I asked if they were OK. And they just repeated “what can I get you”. I was wondering if something was wrong because this person was clearly very upset/angry or maybe stressed. They called someone from the back to come and help, after telling me they don’t do that order. and they said “we don’t do that. We do Bowles and things”. The person who came up to help me said the same thing, but that it was an add-on and I said that was fine, no problem. Neither asked if I wanted anything else, but acted like the request was ridiculous and annoying; the hostile/unpleasant vibe made me opt to forget ordering it all and just leave. I’ve worked in the service industry and, of course we all have bad days, but when I encounter experiences like this it brings to mind: customers aren’t interrupting your job, they are your job. I wasn’t rude or impatient. I checked to see how the staff were doing because it seemed like something was off. I don’t go to a restaurant to be treated like this.

Visiting Brantford and delighted to find this oasis of healthy beautiful food. Chocolate banana smoothies with vegan protein added, Greek salad, Seeker Bowl. Highly recommend.

My sister was visiting and ordered an item with chicken, which she paid for. She picked it up and the meal didn't have chicken. She called to explain the situation, had to explain it to two different people, was told the manager was going to call her back. And nobody called her back on it. Very poor customer service. Two stars for decent food but I'd go elsewhere that has capable employees.

This place is the only place in the city that offers quality ingredients! Organic virgin olive oil/organic coconut oil is unheard of in the resturant industry, if you know much about oil and the refining process, even an olive oil that is not 'extra virgin' uses chemical solvents like hexane to process. I called freshii, I called pita pit, I called Sociable, Kelseys, Fume, From Scratch, None use decent oils, most Vegi or canola. this is just one or the reasons, I prefer Healthyrabbit.

We ordered so many times before but today would be the last doe to customer service and their tendency to rob people without providing what they charge for. We were charged for bag and cutlery which was denied and we never received. When called back supervisor was rude, denied providing name and girls' name on the receipt she said not working there,they are just using her name. They also charge for container for dressing but never offered other options. I am not sure if they intend to provide food in hand or what???? Freshii is way better and cheaper and at least we don't have to deal with rude employees just like yours.
