This is my go to for a healthy fast food option ! The food is always fresh and great quality. The portions are perfect. The owners and staff are always so friendly and it's been nice to get to know them as I stop here often ! Get the sluvaki or gyro meal , it's delicious 😋

The food is very tasty. Just ordered a party size meal. Ash, the owner, personally took the order.
Explained in detail what’s included. Called me couple of days before pick up.
Personally packed the food onto the cart and helped my husband to take it to the car.
Generous portions, extra sauces. Good, caring service.
Highly recommend it.

The $20 lamb shank is a rip off the size of the meal is so small it’s like day light robbery.

I got RAW red in the middle chicken from Jimmy the greek in the the lynden park mall. I called and they were apologetic and offered to replace my meal.
The reason I am posting is I told them I couldn't come back right away, so I came today to get my replacement meal.
The RUDE lady was going to only give me 1 piece of chicken, I told her no I threw away my meal i was offered a replacement one I'm here for the replacement one, she started yelling at me, telling me no I get one chicken, and that its not their fault it was raw because that's the middle of the chicken, like what !?!
Now all 3 of the RUDE ladies are yelling at me, other customers turning away as they see them yelling at me, because they gave me raw chicken. I literally had to ask the one lady to just stop talking. She calls her boss who proceeds to tell her give me my replacement meal.
Like why treat me like that, I was in no way rude I just simply came back for you to make it right.

Great place I always use the Brantford location for catering for both the office and personally. Their food is always a big hit never any complaints about taste, portion sizes or friendliness of the staff etc. Have catered many office lunches from this location and will continue to do so. Thank you!

After waiting in line one of the girls that works there asked me what I like and if it was for here or to go, and I said here and same time as my wife said to go. But with in 2 seconds we agreed to have it to go. Before she puts anything on that plate we said we will have it to go. That’s when the girl rolled her eyes and said something under her breath m, so I asked her what’s the problem, and why the attitude. So her boss comes shout from the beck to go eat some where else.. really bad customer service. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this location for anyone. I would give 0 stars if I could

I have been going to Jimmy the Greek for years and have recently been going to the one in Brantford. In comparison to every other Jimmy ranging from Toronto to Oakville and Hamilton, this Jimmy the Greek gives about half the portion of all other locations for the exact same price. I understand that food costs are high but when paying $15-20 for a meal, it should at least match the rest of the franchises.

Save your money. Got a souvlaki dinner that was cold and dry. Potatoes were also dry and no lemon whatsoever in the potatoes. I’ve been to many other locations in the GTA and always enjoy it so this was disappointing especially since I took it home to eat.
