Reasons I would go here is the retro theming of the place and the good service. The interiors of the place are decorated with pictures and posters from years passed. The seats also have the old school retro look. There is also a jukebox inside the diner; but unfortunately, it is just for display purposes. I asked the lady over the counter if it works, and she mentioned that it does not.While the value of the $10 promo ($10 for 2 burgers or footlong) is great, the taste of the food served is disappointing. Many of the food items and ingredients are not premium and seem like something easily available to purchase at everyday supermarkets. The burger and hotdog buns also look like the cheaper grocery kind. Good thing there was at least some level to personalizing the sandwich stuffings and sauces.What was surprising was that they did not have a veggie option. Almost all food places these days have at least some soft of vegan or meat substitute protein available in their menu. Johnny Be Good does not have any. My companion, who is a vegetarian, had to settle for a footlong sandwich without a sausage (or veggie sausage) and just compensated with it having a lot of the garnishes stuffed in.The last thing I want to mention is that when placing my order, I went with the $10 mixed burger & footlong as well as a peanut butter and chocolate sundae for dessert. Shortly after paying for my order, the server already called out and gave me the sundae. They should have at least waited a while before preparing the sundae. People should at least have time to eat their meal first before going for desserts. By the time I finished eating my burger and sandwich, my sundae had already almost melted.

Been coming here since 1992. Everyone has been like family.The food is top notch the bathrooms absolutely spotless.I dread the day it’s over. Seems like all good things never stay. Enjoy this place while it lasts. I know I will.

Got the cheeseburger and it was great! The onion rings were a huge hit, the beer was ice-cold, and the service was too notch.My wife and our 4 kids will definitely be back!

My daughter and granddaughter and myself went to this restaurant after the Paris Fair ~ it was very clean and the staff was friendly. The food unfortunately did not reflect the cute atmosphere. I ordered fish & chips, the fish was pre frozen over cooked and so greasy I couldn’t eat it. The fries were a black brown colour, the fish and chips were fried in old oil that needed changing. My daughter had a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken ~ they forgot to grill the chicken it was raw she couldn’t eat it. My little granddaughter had a cheeseburger & fries, the cheeseburger was nice with fresh toppings the fries well they were black brown we told her not to eat them. $40 down the drain we threw it all out wished we ate at the fair and went to McDonalds. We will not go back.

So my son and I shared poutine and had a burger each. We both had massive stomach pain. Gravy was coldStay clear. I saw them give out a small fry in a cup. Then a small fry double the size in a card board small fry. Brutal brutal

Has a really fun and retro diner vibe. Food is great and reasonably priced. I would suggest that they adjust their ice cream freezer for the hard ice cream though; It is mushy and not hard. Apart from that, I highly reccomend this place.
Sadly there are no more Cruise Nights at this facility as of 2022. Last ones were in 2019 I believe. Not enough staff I was told. No one wants to work anymore, just click their lives away. Sad and mindless.

Excellent milk shakes & burgers...mini putt, driving range& go cart track!!
Love this place, can't wait for post covid cruise in Saturday nights to resume.
