I go to Johnny's once a week, their food is a Brantford staple and you get very good valve for the money, they dont hold back on the toppings and the dishes are filled. I've tried most of there menu and you really can't go wrong. They also have a daily special for those looking for great food on a budget. The staff there are always friendly and make sure you have a great experience eating in or taking out.

I recently came here to get a large Greek salad with meat. I decided to get it with their souvlaki chicken. To my surprise, it was the smallest souvlaki skewer I’ve ever seen (I’ve eaten at plenty of places, including various basic Jimmy the Greeks which I feel you would expect it most from). There are raving reviews of portion, and while I can say the salad itself was okay, the piece of chicken I received was a joke. I’m a female and the piece of skewer wasn’t even the length of my hand for reference. Needless to say, $15.99 for this is definitely not worth it. I typically never write reviews, but this was quite shocking considering the cost of the salad.

Ordered take out, our first time trying this spot. It was excellent! The food was delicious and the portion sizes were good. Our picky young grandson had a pork souvlaki skewer and pronounced it great meat. He appreciated the lemon wedge and used it to accent the flavour.
We had lamb and beef pitas and they were wonderful and added sides for a well priced meal. Husband found the fries a bit spicy but good. I had rice as my side and it was a generous portion and so tasty.
We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Excellent food. My go to is the beef gyro pitas. Get it spicy with all the toppings. Catering is also excellent - lots of options for large family gatherings. Our kids love their potatoes.
