Food is not spectacular, it gets the job done. Service: they missed an order of rice. The manager offered a store credit or 2 spring rolls if I come back. 2 spring rolls doesn’t cover my gas and I don’t want to come back. Requested the missing item be delivered and it was. I wouldn’t waste money or time ordering here.

I always go to jumbo for my Chinese food and have never had a complaint... Well today was quite different. The general towe was old and dry ... Couldn't eat .. way to hard( fork wouldn't even go thru food) crab wonton was also old and dry... No taste. And the chicken balls were also not made today. The rice was fine... Was so totally disappointed.

I am very sorry to share this review. Jumbo Dragon has been a favourite for a few years, this last 6 months we are finding the taste of the food has gone down hill. I ordered a C5 combo plate and there was very little flavour. The rice especially very very bland. Hoping they improve in the future as we will give them a try again……

Never ordering here again. They think Chow Mein is bean sprouts. Too stupid to know that Chow Mein is stir fried noodle. Completely incompetent!
Chicken quality for general Tao is horrible, I'd pay more for it if they increased the quality above impossible to chew.

This was the cheapest on portion for cost and the worst Chinese I have ever had. Ordered a combination platter and paid extra for rice to be noodles platter costed 24$ and all it had was 6 pieces of fried chicken ball next to no beef with the vegetables and watery soggy super salty noodles if I hadn’t pjs so much for it I would have just tossed it in the trash.. ordered combination platter with beef and veg sweet sour chicken almond and chicken (which there was no chicken and noodles

If I could give a zero star I would, not only did they send out completely soggy and greasy chicken balls, when I went back for them to be remade, which I called first, they waited until I got there to remake it knowing my other food was at home getting even colder. Then proceeded to argue over it, try to justify it by saying the box has plastic inside, I picked up my order right away, it’s not like it sat there either. They refused to do anything to make it right, a women from the back came out and when I told her I was shocked at how poor this was, that they didn’t even offer to have it delivered to me, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away, I WILL NEVER BE BACK and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know and social media how ignorant they are they

I just ordered food a Cantonese special and some wings the Cantonese was awful the shrimp were literally mushy it's was actually disgusting the noodles were also half raw do not waste your money it was absolutely horrible
