Stopped in for a caesar and quick bite in the bar. The caesar was on point as usual, NEVER A BAD CAESAR HERE!!! Had the feta brushetta and nachos and wow! Fresh, fast and delicious. Never a bad meal here......Never.

Great steaks with shrimp and mushroom sides. Loaded baked potatoes and free apps due to long wait. (We didn't complain and were very content, but manager noticed how long we waited to order and made it happen) .

Volume of screens is way too loud!!! The poor staff is going to need hearing aids due to a workplace injury. I hope the management has set aside the $1000's they will need to settle those claims!

We chose Kelsey’s to bring my son’s family out for lunch as the food and atmosphere is good. This time 12 boys about 11 yrs old along with parents were there. The kids sat on their own and yelled and screamed at one another so that we couldn’t even talk across our table.The manager didn’t ask for them to quiet down and the parents were hardly heard from. Family restaurant or not when did this behaviour become ok? What about the other patrons who endured it? In my mind warnings should have been given and it should have been handled by management. I am totally frustrated by this!

Ordered breaded wings and got these wings that are clearly not breaded. The second I got my order I asked if there was some kind of mistake because the wings don’t look breaded. Waitress hesitates but then says no they are breaded. So I just say ok and take the order. But after sitting and being unable to enjoy my food I decided to call her back to tell her that I’m not happy with the wings. To be fair she didn’t argue she just took them away and that was it. But then the manager comes to talk to me and she wasn’t very nice. Very argumentative and just gas lighting. She claims that not only are these wings breaded in the pic, she also says that they had extra breading lmao! She kept saying that to the point where she made me so uncomfortable I just stopped talking. What I think happened is that the waitress made a mistake and didn’t place the order as breaded. Or the cook that made them was just having a rough day and made some bad wings.
Food and service was great! There was a humming sound coming from something like the vents, everything else was great!

We went out for the typical Thursday night wings. Thursday's are extra busy, but our server Hannah clearly went out of her way to make this an unrushed experience. Outstanding service and great wings. One thing that could be improved are the number of accessible parking spots.
